Product Overview
This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the Deli E13750 Fingerprint & Face Time Attendance Machine. The device allows for attendance reporting via USB flash drive without software installation. Ensure to use a FAT32 format USB flash drive.

1. Appearance
The device features a front view, left view, and back view. Key components include a USB Port and DC Input.
2. Device Installation Environment
2.1 Recommended Install Location
Install the device indoors, at least 3 meters away from a window and 2 meters from a light source. Avoid placing it near windows or outdoors. The installation location should remain consistent during registration and use. If the device is moved, ensure the installation height is consistent to maintain recognition accuracy.
2.2 Recommended Location of Use
When registering, maintain a distance of 0.3-0.5 meters from the machine. For optimal recognition, the distance between the user and the machine should be 0.3m-0.5m (for users 1.55m-1.85m in height). Adjust the distance based on the facial image obtained by the device: move back if the image is too large, move forward if it is too small. Maintain a natural facial expression and standing posture during registration and use.
2.3 Several ways the recognition functionality is affected
Recognition functionality can be affected by inconsistent registration and comparison positions or distances. Ensure the registration position and distance are consistent with the comparison.
3. Installation Method
- Recommended install height: 1.1 meters from the ground (for users 1.55m-1.85m). Adjust based on personnel height. For a 1.2m installation height, the range is 1.65m or more.
- Secure the bracket to the wall using screws.
- Secure the device to the bracket.
- Fix the bottom.
4. Location of Use
Recommended position for the standing user is 0.3m-0.5m from the machine for users between 1.55m-1.85m in height. Adjust as needed based on the facial image captured by the device.
5. Keyboard Description
The 13750 model features a touch screen with no physical buttons. Key functions are accessed via on-screen prompts and navigation:
- MENU: Enter main menu or backspace when editing content.
- OK: Confirm current settings or activate T9 input method. Press '#' to switch input methods.
- ▲/▼: Move up/down in the menu or select options.
- ESC: Exit or cancel current settings.
- Number Keys (0-9): Enter numerical values and English letters.
6. Department Setup
Press [MENU] to enter the main menu, navigate to "User" → "Departments", and press [OK]. Select a department to edit, enter the department name using the T9 Input method, and press [OK] to save. The default department requires no setup.
7. Register User
Navigate to "User" → "Enroll" and press [OK].
- User ID: Enter employee number using number keys.
- Name: Use T9 input method.
- Department: Select from the list after pressing [OK].
- Shift: Press [OK] to set the user's shift.
- Face: Press [OK] to enter face registration. Position face towards the camera until the progress bar is complete.
- Fingerprint: Press [OK] to enter fingerprint registration. Press the same finger three times on the scanner.
- ID card: Press [OK] to enter ID card registration. Place the card in front of the card reading area.
- Password: Enter a 1-6 digit password (optional).
- Privilege: Select permissions to register as an administrator.
Press [ESC] to save and exit.
Note: It is recommended to download and edit information forms on a computer before uploading to the attendance machine.
8. Set Attendance Rules
Press [MENU], navigate to "Attendance Rules", and press [OK]. Set rules as needed within the interface.
9. Set Shifts
- Press [MENU], navigate to "Attendance Settings" → "Shift Time Zone".
- Press [OK] to enter the "Shift Time Zone" interface. Select a shift to modify and press [OK] to enter the editing interface. Press [ESC] to return.
- Use ▼/▲ to select the time period and enter shift start and end times using numerical keys.
Note: The default is shift one.
10. Scheduling Employees
Press [MENU], navigate to "Attendance Settings" → "Shift Arrangement". Choose between department scheduling or user scheduling.
Scheduling by Department:
- Enter the department number and press [OK] to enter the department shift scheduling interface.
- Select the week to modify and enter the corresponding shift number using numerical keys.
Note: Department scheduling is weekly. Unscheduled departments default to shift 1.
Scheduling by User:
- Enter the employee number and press [OK] to enter the user scheduling interface.
- Select the date to modify and enter the corresponding shift number using numerical keys.
Note: User scheduling is monthly. You can set shifts for three consecutive months. Unscheduled users default to shift 1.
11. Download and View Report
- Insert a USB flash drive into the machine's USB slot.
- Navigate to "Report Management" and press [OK].
- Select the table to download, input the time period, and press [OK] to initiate the download.
Available reports include:
- Attendance Report: Attendance data summarized.
- Abnormal Report: Checking attendance records for lateness, early leave, absenteeism.
- Employee Attendance Record: Checking specific employee attendance times.
- Employee Information Table: Checking or modifying user information.
- Attendance Setting: Setting various attendance time periods.
- Shift Setting Table: Setting employee workdays and attendance times.
- Management Log Table: Checking administrator modification records.
12. T9 Input Method
Use the T9 input method for text entry (e.g., employee name, department name). Press [OK] to activate. Press '#' to switch input methods. For example, to input 'li', press '5' three times for 'T', then '4' three times for 'T'.
13. How to Quickly Query Employee Attendance Records
- On the initial interface, press [OK] and authenticate with face/fingerprint.
- Select the desired date range for the query and press [OK] to display the attendance record.
