Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Installation Site and Water Lines
Drill the necessary holes in the floor according to the dimensions of the base assembly. Connect the hot and cold water supply lines to the designated ports on the base assembly (1).
Step 2: Secure Base Assembly
Position the base assembly (1) over the water connections. Ensure the water lines are correctly routed. Place the base plate/cover (6) and secure the assembly to the floor using the provided mounting screws and washers (2). Use a spirit level to ensure the base is perfectly horizontal. The installation depth must be greater than 25 mm.
Step 3: Connect Water Hoses
Connect the flexible hoses from the main tap body (3) to the corresponding hot and cold water outlets on the base assembly (1). Ensure a secure and watertight connection.
Step 4: Attach Vertical Column
Insert the vertical support column (4) into the base assembly (1). Align the column with the base and ensure it is seated correctly.
Step 5: Secure Vertical Column
From underneath the floor or base structure, secure the vertical column (4) to the base assembly (1) using the provided fastening hardware (5), such as nuts and bolts. Tighten all hardware securely.
Step 6: Mount Main Tap Body
Place the main tap body (3) onto the secured vertical column (4). Ensure it is properly aligned and seated.
Step 7: Attach Hand Shower and Hose
Connect the shower hose (9) to the designated outlet on the tap body. Attach the hand shower (10) to the other end of the shower hose (9). Mount the hand shower holder onto the tap body in the desired position.
Step 8: Final Assembly and Checks
Attach the spout (8) and the handle assembly (7) to the tap body. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free. Turn on the water supply and check for proper operation, including water flow and temperature control, and inspect for any leaks.
