Charging and Precautions
Charging Instructions
- Ensure the battery is fully charged before the first use.
- When charging, the headset should be in the off state. The last digit of the digital display will flash to indicate charging.
- A full charge is indicated when the digital display shows [100%].
- Verify charger specifications: Recommended output voltage is DC5V+/-0.25V, and output current should be between 100mA and 500mA. Using a charger with excessively high voltage may damage the headset.
- ⚠️ Warning: Use only approved chargers. Using unapproved chargers may void the warranty and pose a safety risk. Ensure any charging cable used is 3C certified when connecting to a charger or computer.
- Avoid severe impact or collision with the product, as this may damage the internal electronic components and battery.
- The headset contains a built-in, non-removable rechargeable battery. Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself to avoid damaging the device.
- If the headset will not be used for an extended period, store it in a dry, ventilated place and charge it every two months to maintain battery health.
- When the connected headset displays [10%] battery or less and emits a low battery tone, it indicates the battery needs charging. Continued use may result in automatic shutdown.
Precautions for Use and Storage
- Do not soak the earphones in seawater or salt water for extended periods. Rinse the charging magnetic port with fresh water after use.
- Do not attempt to disassemble any part of the product without authorization. If a defect is found, stop using the product immediately and contact the seller for assistance.
- After each use, especially after exercise, wipe the surface of the headset clean, paying particular attention to the charging magnetic suction port. Timely cleaning helps prevent corrosion from sweat and salt water, thus preserving the product's service life.
- Keep the product away from fire, heat sources, freezing temperatures, and chemicals. Prohibit violent impact, disassembly, and extrusion.
- Store headphones in a cool, dry place. The recommended operating temperature range is 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F). Operating in extreme temperatures or highly humid environments, or under very low air pressure, may reduce battery life.
- Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the charger to reduce the risk of damage.
- Do not throw, wear headphones while immersed in saline or irritating liquids.
- The correct position for the earphone speaker is on the cheekbone in front of the ear. Do not insert the speaker directly into the ear canal.
- Listening at maximum volume for extended periods may affect hearing and distort audio quality.
- This product is not suitable for children under three years of age due to small parts.
