Basic Operation
Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Red and blue indicator lights will flash alternately.
Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The red light will turn off.
Bluetooth/MP3 Mode Switching: Double-click the power button to switch freely between Bluetooth mode and MP3 mode.
Answering an Incoming Call: Press the power button.
Rejecting an Incoming Call: Long press the power button for 2 seconds.
Ending a Call: Press the power button.
Volume Up: Press the "Volume +" button.
Volume Down: Press the "Volume -" button.
Previous Song: Long press the "Volume -" button for 2 seconds.
Next Song: Long press the "Volume +" button for 2 seconds.
Music Playback/Pause: Press the power button.
Wake Up Voice Assistant: Long press "Volume +" button for 2 seconds.
Pairing and Indicator Lights
Entering Pairing State: When the device is turned on, it enters pairing mode. The red and blue lights will flash alternately.
Pairing: After entering the pairing state, turn on Bluetooth on your device (phone/computer) and search for the device name "POLVCDG X13". Click "POLVCDG X13" to pair and connect.
Indicator Light Status:
- During Incoming Call: Blue light blinks.
- When Charging: Red light is solid.
- When Fully Charged: Blue light is solid.
- Low Battery Warning: Red light blinks and an announcement is played every two minutes.
- USB Data Transfer Mode: Blue indicator light blinks.
- Music Playback: Blue light is off.
MP3 Mode and Song Download
MP3 Mode Switching: Double-click the power button to enter MP3 mode. The headphones default to Bluetooth mode when turned on.
MP3 (TF Card) Playback Mode Switching: In MP3 (TF Card) mode, click the Power button 3 times to switch between shuffle playback mode (2 beeps) and sequential playback mode (1 beep). This mode has a memory function.
Song Download:
- Connect the headphones to your computer via the magnetic charging cable.
- Open the disk drive on your computer.
- Import audio files to the disk.
Charging
1. The headphones use a built-in rechargeable battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before the first use. If a low battery voice prompt is heard, charge the headphones promptly.
2. Connect the charging cable to the magnetic charging port of the headphones. Charging takes approximately 2 hours. The indicator light stays red while charging and turns blue when fully charged.
Warning!!!
- Magnetic charging has positive and negative poles. Ensure correct alignment for normal charging. Incorrect alignment may prevent charging or cause a short circuit.
- The rechargeable battery in this product must be disposed of properly for recycling. Do not put the battery into fire to avoid explosion.
Matters Needing Attention
- Do not soak the headphones in seawater/salt water for extended periods. Rinse the magnetic charging part with fresh water after use and dry it.
- If not using the product for a long time, charge it at least once a month.
- Do not disassemble any part of the product without authorization. If a defect is found, stop using the product immediately and contact the seller for after-sales service.
- After each exercise, wipe the headphones clean, especially the magnetic charging port area. Clean it promptly to prevent sweat and salt water from corroding the charging port and affecting the product's service life.
- Keep the product away from fire, heat sources, freezing sources, and chemicals. Avoid violent impact, disassembly, and extrusion.
- Use a charging head with an output of 5V 1A or less. Charging with more than 5V may cause the headphones to overheat, potentially damaging the battery and motherboard.
