To Lock

  1. Turn the DIALS to the opening combination.
  2. Press the CABLE TRIGGER and pull out the cable to the desired length.
  3. Insert the CABLE HEAD into the LOCKING PORT until it clicks.
  4. If batteries are installed, the alarm lock will beep, and the STATUS LIGHT will flash once every second. If the cable is severed, the alarm will activate.
  5. Scramble the DIALS to conceal your combination.

To Unlock

  1. Turn the DIALS to the opening combination.
  2. Press the RELEASE BUTTON to pop out the CABLE HEAD.
  3. Retract the CABLE by holding the CABLE HEAD and pressing the CABLE TRIGGER.
  4. CAUTION: The cable retracts quickly and may whip around if not controlled.

To Reset Your Combination

  1. Ensure the unit is unlocked and the cable is fully retracted.
  2. Turn the DIALS to the opening combination. (For the first time, use the preset 0-0-0-0).
  3. Hold the RESET BUTTON and press down the CABLE HEAD.
  4. Turn the DIALS to set your new secret number.
  5. Pull out the CABLE HEAD while holding down the CABLE TRIGGER.

Your new combination is ready. Keep it in a safe place.

To Install the Batteries

  1. Ensure the unit is unlocked and the cable is fully retracted.
  2. While pressing and holding the CABLE TRIGGER, slide the BATTERY COVER off the lock body.
  3. Insert 4 new LR44 batteries.
  4. Press and hold the CABLE TRIGGER again and slide the BATTERY COVER back into place.

Attention! Observe polarity (+/-). Do not charge, open, incinerate, or short-circuit batteries. Keep away from children. Do not mix old and new, partially charged and fully charged, or different brands/capacities of batteries. Remove from the device if not in use or if batteries are empty. Dispose of defective and empty batteries properly as hazardous waste.

To Activate the Motion Alarm

  1. Secure and lock the alarm lock as per the 'To Lock' instructions.
  2. For low sensitivity: Press and hold the MOTION ALARM BUTTON until you hear two beeps.
  3. For high sensitivity: Press and hold the MOTION ALARM BUTTON twice until you hear three beeps.
  4. To change from high to low sensitivity: Disarm, unlock, and then reactivate the motion alarm as described above.

This lock has a two-level motion alarm. When active, the unit chirps if picked up or if it detects movement (bumps, vibrations). If movement continues or the cable is cut, the alarm sounds for 45 seconds before rearming at the current sensitivity level.
