Declaration of compliance with the EU Dual-Use Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/821)

LOGICDATA Electronic & Software Entwicklungs GmbH hereby confirms that the company complies with the applicable legal provisions of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2021 setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual-use items.

We explain:

1. That we comply with all relevant regulations and control measures related to the export, transfer and provision of dual-use items in the course of our business activities.
2. That we have established internal processes for reviewing product classifications, determining licensing obligations and complying with export controls.
3. That we undertake not to make any deliveries, services or technology transfers that violate applicable export control laws, in particular not to countries, organizations or persons subject to sanctions or embargoes.
4. That we – if necessary – obtain permits from the competent authorities (in Austria: Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy – BMAW) before exporting corresponding dual-use goods.

This declaration is made to the best of our knowledge and belief and corresponds to the current status of our internal export control processes.
