Nilight LED Light Bar Wiring Harness
Wiring Diagram
The wiring harness connects two LED light bars to a vehicle's electrical system. The diagram shows:
- Two 'Light Bar' components, each with positive and negative connections.
- A 'Relay' connected to the light bars and the vehicle's power source.
- A 'Fuse' in the positive line from the battery to the relay.
- A 'Rocker Switch' to control the power to the light bars, connected between the relay and the light bars.
- Connections are shown with red wires for positive and black wires for negative.
Installation
- Connect light bar wires to wiring harness terminals: black to black, red to red.
- Connect the wiring harness to the car battery: Red wire (+) with fuse to positive, black wire (-) to negative.
- Turn on the power and press the switch on/off to test the light.
Caution
- The operating voltage is 12V DC. 16AWG: Max. Wattage 180W / 14AWG: Max. Wattage 300W / 12AWG: Max. Wattage 450W.
- Please make sure all exposed wires are securely wrapped by electrical insulating tape to prevent short circuits.
- Please strictly follow the instructions to avoid any hazards. If you do not feel comfortable with the installation, it is recommended to have a professional install or install under their guidance.
