1.2. Other Services

Other Services included in the offer: To benefit from an internet connection between contract signature and final installation, this offer includes a 4G router, as well as a SIM card with 100GB of national mobile internet for 2 months, made available to the customer against a €49 deposit. The deposit is refunded upon return of the equipment within 3 months of installation. After this period, Orange considers that the customer has chosen to keep the equipment as a purchase.

2. Pricing Details

Monthly Fees	€49.99/month with a 24-month commitment. Email/client area invoice: free. Livebox 6 rental: €5/month or €89. Livebox 7 rental: €7/month or €229. Booster Fibre option: €4/month or €69. Booster Fibre Livebox 7 option: €6/month or €89. Fixed line option: €8/month without commitment.
Additional volume costs	Orange International Tariffs
Activation Fee	Activation fees offered.
Cancellation Fee	Cancellation fee: €25. Cancellation before service activation: €299.
One-time Fees	Fibre connection (if necessary): €299. Orange is responsible for cabling installed up to the customer's modem location. All cabling work or additional requests will be subject to supplementary charges.
Intervention Fees	Moving fee: €149. Fixed-line number change fee: free. Decoder or modem delivery: free. Call-out fee: €45. Labor fee (per 15 mins): €30. Fixed repair fee: €129. Missed home visit: €119.99.
