Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Rasonic cordless handheld vacuum cleaner. Please read this operation manual carefully before use and keep it in a safe place for future reference. Some figures in this manual may not match the real object and are for reference only.
1. Important Safeguards
When using the appliance, please follow the below safety precautions. The following chart indicates the degree of damage caused by wrong operation.
- WARNING: Indicates that may cause death or serious injury.
- CAUTION: Indicates hazards that may cause human injuries or property damages.
The following symbols can distinguish the instruction types that need to be strictly followed:

- ? When the appliance is charging or switched on, keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, or any parts of your body (especially mouth, ears, and eyes) away from the extension tube, suction inlets, or moving parts to avoid injury.
- ? Never use the appliance when filters and dust cup are not in place, to avoid damage due to improper use.
- ? Make sure to unplug the adapter after fully charged. Charging for a long time may cause hazards such as rechargeable battery overheat and burn.
- ? Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is charging.
- ? Do not place the appliance in a bookcase, built-in cabinet, or in another confined space. Ensure the appliance is well ventilated.
- ? Do not put heavy objects on the power cord of the adapter or let it touch any hot surface. Never clip, modify, stretch, or twist the power cord of the adapter.
- ? Always keep the suction inlet and the exhaust outlet free of blockage. If there is any blockage, please remove them immediately. Otherwise, it will cause loss of suction power or motor overheat.
- ? Remove the adapter from the socket and ensure the power switch is at the off position before cleaning the appliance, installing, or removing accessories.
- ? Always hold the adapter plug tightly with hands when inserting or removing it. Do not grasp its power cord.
- ? Do not use the adapter when its power cord is tangled.
- ? To avoid danger, use the appliance only as described in this manual. Do not use outdoors, on wet surfaces, or for purposes other than vacuuming.
- ? Children shall not play with the appliance. Using, cleaning, and maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Please put the appliance and its adapter in a place not reachable by children.
- ? Never immerse the appliance, rechargeable battery, adapter, or its plug into water or let them get wet, to avoid electric shock.
- ? Never use the appliance to suck the following materials, otherwise it will cause blockage, damage to major parts, and danger:
- Flammable materials, hot materials, or combustible liquids (e.g., cigarettes, burning ashes, gasoline).
- Sharp or metal objects (e.g., needles, broken glass, toothpicks).
- Fine powder (e.g., lime, cement, toner, gypsum powder).
- Large objects.
- Water, any liquid, or wet surface (e.g., wet carpet).
- Chemical substances (e.g., cleanser).
- ? Never use a deficient or loose power socket. Make sure the adapter is dry before use and inserted firmly when in use.
- ? The appliance must be used with the provided rechargeable battery and charged with the provided adapter. To avoid appliance damage and danger, never use an unauthorized rechargeable battery or adapter.
- ? To avoid electric shock, never assemble accessories, touch, plug, or unplug the rechargeable battery and adapter with wet hands.
- ? To avoid danger, never use and charge the appliance near environments with:
- Flammable materials, sprays, and aerosols.
- Heat sources (e.g., radiators), fire, or direct sunlight exposure.
- Near water.
- Massive hot air, steam, or humid areas.
- ✅ The appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use and understand the hazards involved.
- ✅ The appliance contains batteries that are only replaced by skilled persons.
- ✅ Always check the condition of the appliance, adapter, and rechargeable battery. To avoid hazards, stop using immediately if any damage is found. Please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited for checking and repairing. Do not attempt to modify or repair the appliance yourself with unauthorized parts, as this may cause hazards and invalidate the warranty.
- WARNING: For recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with the appliance.
2. Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage
It is recommended to clean the dust cup and filters regularly. Otherwise, if the dust cup gets too full or the filters get too dirty, it may weaken the suction power of the appliance.
2.1 Clean the Dust Cup and Filter
- Press the dust cup release button to remove it from the main body. ATTENTION! The main body and dust cup must be held tightly to prevent dropping due to the removal of accessories.
- Remove the HEPA filter accessory from the dust cup and discard the garbage in the dust cup.
- Hold the HEPA filter accessory. Turn counterclockwise to separate the HEPA filter from the washable filter.
- Clean the HEPA filter with a soft brush and gently rub along the creases to remove dust and dirt. WARNING: DO NOT immerse the HEPA filter in water or let it get wet.
- The washable filter and dust cup can be washed. Install when the washable filter and dust cup are dried.
- Put the HEPA filter into the washable filter, align, and rotate the HEPA filter clockwise to lock. Then, insert back into the dust cup. ATTENTION! Do not plug it hard back into the dust cup; otherwise, it will become difficult when taking out.
- Align the convex part at the bottom of the dust cup with the concave part of the main body, and then push the dust cup towards the main body until a "click" sound is heard, indicating that the assembly is finished.
2.2 Clean the Main Body and Accessories
- Clean the main body surface and the accessories with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry. Never rinse the main body with water.
- Never clean with a scouring pad or other hard material.
- Never use poisonous or corrosive detergent for cleaning.
Remarks: Please empty the dust cup before cleaning and maintenance.
2.3 Clean the Floor Brush
- Dispose of foreign objects such as hair and trash on the floor brush thoroughly.
- Use tweezers to help remove entangled dirt if necessary.
2.4 Storage
The appliance must be cooled down and cleaned before storing in a box. Store it in a cool and dry place.

5. Accessories Assembly and Disassembly
5.1 Accessories Assembly
To assemble the accessories:
- Connecting Main Body and Connector: Align the convex part at the bottom of the dust cup with the concave part of the main body. Push the dust cup towards the main body until a "click" sound is heard.
- Connecting Connector and Floor Brush Pipe: Connect directly.
5.2 Accessories Disassembly
To disassemble the accessories:
- Detaching the Connector from the Main Body: Lift the main body and press the connector release button, then pull out the connector.
- Detaching the Floor Brush Pipe from the Connector: Pull out the floor brush pipe.
- ATTENTION! User must press the connector release button to detach the connector from the main body.
6. Operation Instructions
Operation Starts
Press the <power> button. The power indicator lights up, and the appliance starts to work in the default "Normal" mode (low speed).
Change Mode
Press the <speed> button to change from "Normal" mode (low speed) to "High" mode (high speed). Press the <speed> button repeatedly to alternate between modes.
Operation Complete
After cleaning, press the <power> button to switch off the appliance.
Accessories Assembly and Usage (handheld)
To deal with different cleaning environments, users can assemble accessory brushes according to the actual situation to achieve ideal cleaning performance.
Install the Hang Strap
- Pass the tail of the hang strap through the shaft at the back of the handle.
- Pass the tail of the hang strap through the bottom of the buckle, go around the shaft in the middle, then pass through the buckle again to complete the assembly. (ATTENTION! The hang strap must be fastened to the main body; otherwise, the appliance may accidentally fall to the ground or malfunction.)
- When the appliance is not in use, use the hang strap to hang it on a wall hook. (ATTENTION! The hook must be firmly tied to the wall. If the hook or wall is loose, the appliance may fall over easily, causing damage to the appliance and floor.)
Application of Anti-Slip Cover
In addition to using a hang strap, the anti-slip cover can prevent the appliance from accidentally falling when leaning against a wall. Install it on the handle of the main body.
- Align the anti-slip cover with the handle and push it onto the end of the handle until it is secure.
- If the operation needs to be suspended, use the installed anti-slip cover to lean the appliance against the wall.
7. Charging
Be sure to fully charge the battery when using it for the first time or after a long period of non-use. (DO NOT press the <power> button or switch ON while charging).
WARNING! The electricity supply must be 220V AC, and the supplied adapter must be used. Using an improper adapter to charge the appliance may cause malfunctions and fire.
Connect the Adapter
- Plug the adapter head into the charging jack at the back of the appliance.
- Plug the power adapter into the power socket.
Identify the Power Indicator
The red light switches on when charging starts. Normal charging time is approximately 4.5 hours. If the battery temperature is too high, the red light will flash. Make sure to recharge after the adapter has cooled down completely.
Charging Complete
When the power indicator turns green, charging is finished. The user can unplug the adapter from the power socket, then unplug the adapter head.
Remarks: The battery needs to be fully charged before first use. The adapter and main body may become hot during charging, which is normal. If the appliance is not used for a long time, please charge it every 3 months to prevent battery aging.
8. Troubleshooting

9. Special Avowal

10. After Sales Service
- For any defect, as judged by a technician from Shun Hing Electric Service Center Limited, caused under normal use, the company is responsible for free repair or replacement of parts within one year from the date of purchase. Any replaced defective part becomes the company's property. Guarantee service does not cover the repair or replacement of consumable parts.
