Product Introduction
The AUTOOL BT360 Battery System Tester utilizes advanced conductance testing technology for convenient, fast, and accurate measurement of a vehicle's starting battery's cold cranking capability and overall health. It quickly detects common faults in the vehicle's starting and charging systems, assisting maintenance personnel in efficiently and accurately identifying fault locations for quick vehicle repairs.

Operating Procedure
Connecting the Battery
Attach the red and black battery clamps to the battery being tested, with the red clamp connected to the positive terminal and the black clamp connected to the negative terminal. If the connection is correct, the display will show the startup interface. Press the "Confirm" button to continue. (Note: If the battery voltage is below 8V, the test cannot proceed normally).

Battery Test
- In the [Battery Test] function, select the "Inside the vehicle" or "Outside the vehicle" testing mode.
- Choose the battery type and testing standard based on the actual situation.
- Select the battery specifications and press the "OK" button. The tester will begin the test and display "Testing... Please Wait!". The tester will then show the battery test results.
Instructions: Turn the engine off and turn off all electrical devices.

Battery Test Results Example: SOC: 90%, Life: 100%, Voltage: 12.28V, Resistance: 5.88mΩ, Current: 460A(CCA). Status: Battery Damaged.
Cranking Test
- Select [Cranking Test].
- The tester will display "Cranking Test" and prompt "Please start the engine and wait 15 seconds." Follow the instructions to complete the operation. The tester will then display the starting system test results.

Charging Test
- Select [Charging Test].
- The tester will prompt "Please start the engine and wait 15 seconds." and "Press <OK> to continue!". Follow the instructions to complete the operation, and the tester will then display the test results.

Settings
- Select [Settings].
- After entering the settings interface, the tester will display system settings, where you can choose "Language", "Help", "About" and "Review".

Maintenance Service

Maintenance
- Be careful not to rub the product against rough surfaces, especially the sheet metal housing.
- Regularly check product parts for tightness. Tighten any loose parts to ensure safe operation. Treat parts in contact with chemical media with anti-corrosion treatment (rust removal and painting) to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
- Adhere to safe operating procedures, do not overload the equipment. Ensure safety guards are complete and reliable. Eliminate unsafe factors promptly. Inspect the circuit and replace aging wires as needed.
- When not in use, store the product in a dry place. Avoid hot, humid, or non-ventilated locations.
Warranty
- A three-year warranty is provided for the main unit from the date of receipt. Accessories are covered by a one-year warranty.
Warranty Access
- Repair or replacement is determined by the product's actual breakdown situation. AUTOOL guarantees the use of brand new components, accessories, or devices for repairs or replacements.
- If the product fails within 90 days of receipt, provide video and pictures; AUTOOL will bear shipping costs and provide accessories for replacement free of charge. For products received over 90 days, the customer bears the cost, and AUTOOL provides replacement parts free of charge.
Conditions not covered by warranty:
- Products not purchased through official or authorized channels.
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions for use or maintenance.
