Caution Label must be facing outward!

3 Overall Characteristics

This curtain sensor is specially designed for automatic sliding doors to detect and keep safety. High accuracy.

Advanced infrared scanning technology. Stable and reliable.

Has function of background self-learn. Can learn background automatically when power on. Suits all kinds of occasions.

Always self-correcting once influenced by quake, distortion, move, dark and sunshine. Ensure the sensor can work durable.

4 Installation

Two ways of installation: on the top of the door or hidden in the ceiling.

Hidden in the ceiling or hidden in the ceiling.

On the top of the door

7 Detection Area

Note: presence detection area

starting up: This Detector has function of background self-learning. After getting power on, red light will be always on. Please leave the detection area empty. After 6S, the background is learnt successfully.

Lateral view

Note: Detection zone

Please keep the door closed before the sensor is in background self-learning process.

The debug person and any other objects such as ladder, tool kit must be out of the detection area when sensor is in the self-learning process.

The sensor will output door opening signal when an object is put within the detection area (as picture showed).

After 15s with no other objects or people enter, the sensor will regard that object as a part of background and the door will close back.

Remove the object, system will get back to the original background, output door open signal around 2S, and get back to standby system.

8 Attention

CAUTION

The scanning area is unidirectional, should be placed towards outside to the moving objects to avoid self-induction.

Ceiling installation: the sensor should keep ≥100mm from the door to avoid self-induction.

Exposed installation: The sensor should install in the door head. The distance between the bottom of the door head and the sensor should ensure 3.93'/100mm.

To adjust the angle, remove the main sensor from the cover's access, make sure the "Caution Sign" is facing outward before installing back the cover!
