Casambi Push + Rotary Knob Smart Remote

Function Introduction

The remote features 4 scenes that can be recalled by clicking. The rotary knob can be used to adjust brightness, color temperature, and RGB color. A single click of the center button turns the device on/off. A double-click switches between brightness, color temperature, and RGB modes. The LED indicator blinks once for brightness, twice for color temperature, and three times for RGB mode.

Configure Push Button Function via Casambi App

1. Open the Casambi app and add the remote to your Casambi network. The remote will appear in the Switches view upon successful addition.
2. In the Switches view, tap the remote to configure its button functions. Five push buttons are available:
   • Push button 1 (center button): Control a luminaire or a group.
   • Push buttons 2-5: Assign scenes 2-5.
3. After configuration, the remote and the app can control the lighting. Refer to the Casambi App User Manual for detailed instructions.

Replace Battery

1. Use a screwdriver to open the battery cover. [screwdriver-icon]
2. Remove the battery cover.
3. Replace the battery (CR2450) and reinstall the battery cover. Ensure correct polarity (+ and -).

Installation Bracket

EU Standard Size Bracket

1. Attach the bracket to the wall using either:
   • Method 1: Apply 3M adhesive to the back of the bracket and press it firmly against the wall. [adhesive-strip-icon]

2. The remote attaches magnetically to the installed bracket. [magnet-icon]

This product contains a CR Coin Cell Lithium Battery and meets the requirements of 16 CFR Part 1263. Please read and understand the following warnings and statements for your safety and proper operation.

WARNING

• INGESTION HAZARD: Contains a button cell or coin battery.
• Serious injury or death can occur if ingested.
• Swallowed batteries can cause severe internal chemical burns in as little as 2 hours.
• KEEP new and used batteries OUT OF REACH of CHILDREN.
• Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed or inserted into any part of the body.

• Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. Keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.
• Even used batteries can cause severe injury or death.
• Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
• Do not install any battery other than CR2450 or its equivalent.
• Ensure the CR2450 operates at the nominal battery voltage (3VDC).
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above the manufacturer's specified temperature rating, or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage, or explosion, leading to chemical burns.
• Ensure batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different brands or types of batteries (e.g., alkaline, carbon-zinc, rechargeable).
• Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for extended periods, according to local regulations.
• Always secure the battery compartment completely. If it does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.
• If a battery leaks, do not touch or smell it. Wipe the leakage from the battery compartment and replace the battery with a new one.
• If battery material contacts skin or clothing, flush the exposed area thoroughly with running water. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with copious amounts of clean running water and seek immediate medical assistance.
