Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the HRB 5037 true wireless earbuds. Please read these instructions to maximize your listening experience.
Product Components
The following components are included with your HRB 5037 earbuds:
- HRB 5037 earbuds
- Charging case
- Small, medium, and large earbud tips (medium tips are pre-installed)
- Earhooks
- USB-C charging cable
- Instruction manual
Key components are identified as:
- 1. Multi-function button (MFB): Used for playback control, calls, and power.
- 2. Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
- 3. Earbud LED indicator: Shows charging status and pairing mode.
- 4. Charging case LED indicators: Display the remaining battery level of the charging case.
- 5. USB-C port: For charging the case.
Operating Instructions
Before first use, remove the plastic battery isolator tab located between the earbuds and the charging case.
- Power ON
- Remove earbuds from the charging case or press and hold both MFB buttons for 3 seconds.
- Power OFF
- Place earbuds back into the charging case or press and hold both MFB buttons for 5 seconds.
- Play/Pause
- Press either MFB button once.
- Next Song
- Press and hold the right MFB button.
- Previous Song
- Press and hold the left MFB button.
- Answer/End Call
- Press either MFB button once.
- Reject Incoming Call
- Press and hold either MFB button.
Note: Function compatibility may vary between different smartphones or devices.
Charging
Charging the Case
Use the included USB-C cable to fully charge the case before first use. Full charging takes approximately 2 hours.
The charging case LED indicators show the power level:
- 1 LED ON: Power level is lower than 25%.
- 2 LEDs ON: Power level is between 25% - 50%.
- 3 LEDs ON: Power level is between 50% - 75%.
- 4 LEDs ON: Power level is between 75% - 100%.
To check the remaining case battery power when not charging, open the case lid and take out the earbuds.
Charging the Earbuds
The earbuds automatically power OFF and begin charging when placed in the charging case. A red LED on the earbud indicates charging is in progress and turns off when charging is complete.
It takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds. A fully charged case can charge the earbuds up to 6 times.
Pairing
The earbuds automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode when used for the first time.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will beep, and the red and white LEDs will flash to indicate they have powered on.
- Select "HRB 5037" on your Bluetooth device list to pair the earbuds.
- After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled and within range.
Using a Single Earbud
If both earbuds are paired and connected, you can place either the left or right earbud back into the charging case, and the remaining earbud will continue to play audio.
To use a single earbud for the first time, remove either the left (L) or right (R) earbud from the charging case and select "HRB 5037" from your device's Bluetooth list.
To switch back to TWS (True Wireless Stereo) mode, place the single earbud back into the charging case, then remove both earbuds. They will automatically pair with each other. Select "HRB 5037" from your device's Bluetooth list.
Note: The L and R earbuds automatically pair to each other. If the connection fails, refer to the Reset section.
Resetting the Earbuds
If the left and right earbuds do not connect to each other, or if you cannot connect your device via Bluetooth after pairing, you may need to reset the earbuds and clear paired memory.
Resetting for TWS Connection Issues:
- Remove "HRB 5037" from your device's Bluetooth list and turn off Bluetooth on your device.
- With both earbuds ON, press both MFB buttons three times quickly. Both earbuds will beep 3 times and turn off to complete the reset.
- Return both earbuds to the charging case, then remove them to power them on.
- Turn Bluetooth back on in your device settings and select "HRB 5037" to complete pairing.
Resetting for Device Connection Issues (after pairing):
- Remove "HRB 5037" from your device list and turn off Bluetooth on your device.
- Remove earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on automatically.
- Press either MFB button three times quickly. You will hear 3 beeps, and both earbuds will turn off to complete the reset.
- Return both earbuds to the charging case, then remove them to power them on.
- Turn Bluetooth back on in your device settings and select "HRB 5037" to complete pairing.
Operation
- Music Playback: Press either MFB button once to pause/resume music. Press and hold the right MFB for the next song; press and hold the left MFB for the previous song.
- Calls: Music will pause and earbuds will ring for incoming calls. Press either MFB button once to answer or end a call. Press and hold either MFB button to reject an incoming call.
To disconnect from your device while wearing the earbuds: Enter your device's Bluetooth settings, select "HRB 5037", and disconnect.
Earbuds can also be turned off by pressing and holding either MFB button for approximately 5 seconds.
Important Safety Information & Warnings
WARNING!
- Supervise children when using this equipment. This product is not a toy.
- Listening at high volume levels for extended periods may damage your hearing.
- Consult your physician before use if you have a pacemaker or other electrical medical devices.
- Avoid switching audio sources or plugging in earbuds at high volume settings, as this may cause clicks that can affect hearing. Always set the volume to minimum before such actions.
- DO NOT use earbuds while driving or cycling.
- The small parts included with this product can be a choking hazard. Keep away from children under 3 years of age.
- If not used for long periods, charge the earbuds and case at least every 3 months.
- Dispose of rechargeable batteries properly. DO NOT dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.
Cautions:
- Keep in a safe place free from dust, liquid, and extreme temperatures.
- DO NOT attempt to disassemble the product.
- DO NOT use chemicals to clean the product.
Troubleshooting
No Sound
Check the volume on your audio device to ensure it is outputting sound.
Connection Problems
If there are issues with TWS or Bluetooth connection, try resetting both earbuds (refer to the Reset section). Ensure "HRB 5037" is removed from your device's paired list and re-pair.
Earbuds Not Fitting Comfortably
Try switching to a different size earbud tip for a better fit. Ensure the left and right earbuds are placed in the correct ears.
Improving Sound Quality
Sound can sometimes be improved by using a larger eartip size, provided it still fits comfortably.
Cleaning
Periodically clean your earbuds. Remove the earbud tips and wash them with mild detergent and water. Ensure the tips are completely dry before reattaching them to the earbuds.
