VOVO USA Installation Manual
1 Cautions before Installation
(This may differ from the product specification.)
Installation Space
Ensure sufficient installation space in the bathroom and check that it does not obstruct the bathroom door.
- Secure water outlet at least 100mm [3.93in] away from the floor.
- Note: This can cause discoloration of the wall.
Diagram Description: A simple floor plan illustration showing the placement of the toilet, indicating 'Floor drain installation space' and 'Water Supply' connection point. It specifies the water outlet should be 100mm [3.93in] from the floor and the drain is positioned relative to the wall. An 'Offset flange' is mentioned as a potential solution if the rough-in is shorter than 11 inches.
Additional Notes:
- If you have a shorter rough-in than 11 inches, you can use an offset flange for installation.
- If you have a well water system, please contact VOVO USA before installation.

Water Pressure
- Minimum 1.5 kgf/cm2 [0.15 MPa] water pressure is required. If the pressure is not secured, flushing may not work properly to discharge waste.
- Even when other modifiers are used simultaneously, the minimum required water pressure must still be maintained. The maximum water pressure is 7.5 kgf/cm2 [0.75 MPa].
Extract bad water before install:
- Direct the supply hose end into a 3 gallon [11.4L] or larger bucket.
- Ensure the supply stop can provide a minimum of 1.5 gallon [5.7L] or more in 10 seconds.
- Shut off the water supply.

3 FAQ
Q: What are the electrical requirements? Is it energy efficient?
A: 6-10 Amps at 120V, 60 Hz is necessary for this item. A separate circuit breaker is recommended. It has a power save mode which uses the least amount of energy.
Q: The power save LED light is flashing. (Turned off and on)
A: Please open the water valve, and check if water has entered the bidet. If it still flashes, please try a reset. To reset: Unplug the cord and plug it back in after 30 seconds. Ensure the seat and lid are open when resetting the bidet toilet.
Q: How long is the cord?
A: The cord is 4ft [1.2m] long.
