VOVO USA Installation Manual
1 Cautions before Installation
Please note that these instructions may differ from the product specifications.
Installation Space
- Secure enough installation space in the bathroom and check whether it disturbs the bathroom door.
- Secure water outlet at least 100mm (approx. 4 inches) away from the floor. Failure to do so can cause wall discoloration.
- If you have a shorter rough-in than 11 inches (approx. 280mm), you can use an offset flange for installation.
- If you have a well water system, please contact VOVO USA support before installation.
- Email: support@vovousa.com

Water Pressure Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 kgf/cm² (STATIC 40PSI) water pressure is required. Insufficient pressure may result in improper flushing and failure to discharge waste effectively.
- Even when other water-using appliances are operated simultaneously, the bidet requires a minimum water pressure. The maximum recommended water pressure is 7.5 kgf/cm² (STATIC 75PSI).
Pre-installation Water Check
- Direct the supply hose end into a 3-gallon (11.4L) or larger bucket.
- Ensure the supply stop can provide a minimum of 1.5 gallons (5.7L) of water in 10 seconds.
- Shut off the water supply before proceeding.
