Device Operation
The device features several control buttons:
- [Network/Backlight Button]:
- Press: Toggle backlight (normal mode) or decrease value (setting mode).
- Long Press: Enter or exit network configuration state.
- [Power/Alarm Button]:
- Double Click: Set custom CO2 alarm threshold.
- Long Press: Turn the device on or off.
- [Unit/Buzzer Button]:
- Press: Switch between °C or °F (normal mode) or increase value (setting mode).
- Long Press: Turn the buzzer on or off.
- [Reset Button]: Press with a pointed object to reset the device.
Alarm Notification: When CO2 concentration exceeds 1500ppm and the buzzer is enabled, an audible alarm (?) will sound. Long press the [Network/Backlight Button] to silence the alarm.
Calibration Mode: To enter calibration mode, power off the device. Then, long press all three main buttons ([Network/Backlight Button], [Power/Alarm Button], [Unit/Buzzer Button]) simultaneously. The device will display a 200-second countdown. Perform calibration outdoors in an area without people.
Connecting to the App
To connect the device to the Smart Life APP:
- Ensure your phone has Bluetooth, 2.4G WiFi, and location services enabled.
- Open the Smart Life APP. Click "Add Device" on the home page or the "+" icon in the top right corner.
- Long press the [Network/Backlight Button] on the device until the network configuration icon (e.g., a flashing ?) appears on the screen, indicating it has entered network configuration state.
- Click "Add" when the app searches for devices. Select your 2.4G WiFi network, enter the password, and click "Next" to wait for successful device addition.
Note: During connection, ensure the device and mobile phone are within 30 meters. The device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signals.
Maintenance and Care
- Do not expose the product to water or high temperatures (exceeding 60°C). Keep away from fire.
- This is a precision instrument; do not disassemble without authorization.
- Avoid placing in environments with excessive dust or corrosive gases.
- When measuring in a car, do not expose the product directly to the sun for extended periods.
Limited Warranty
MOES provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover fuses, disposable batteries, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, alteration, contamination, or abnormal operating conditions.
Service:
- During the free warranty period, MOES offers free maintenance for product breakdowns during normal use.
- The warranty does not cover natural disasters, man-made equipment failures, unauthorized disassembly/repair, lack of a warranty card, or products beyond the free warranty period.
- Any commitments made by third parties (dealers/service providers) beyond the warranty scope are the responsibility of the third party.
- Keep the warranty card to ensure your rights.
- MOES may update or change products without notice; refer to the official website for updates.
Recycling Information
This product is marked with the WEEE symbol (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste at designated collection points. This protects health and the environment.
