MOES Smart Temperature & Humidity Controller Setup Guide

Getting Started

This guide provides instructions for connecting your MOES Temperature & Humidity (T&H) Device to the MOES application.

Downloading the MOES App

Download the MOES App from your device's app store or by scanning the provided QR code. The MOES App offers enhanced compatibility and features compared to Tuya Smart/Smart Life apps, including Siri control, widgets, and scene recommendations. While Tuya Smart/Smart Life apps still function, the MOES App is highly recommended.

Registration or Login:

Access the registration/login interface. Tap "Register" to create an account by entering your phone number or email address to obtain a verification code and set a password. If you already have a MOES account, select "Login".

Connecting the App to the Device

There are two primary methods to connect your MOES T&H Device to the app:

Method One: Network Configuration via QR Code

1. Ensure your MOES App is successfully connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the module until the indicator light flashes, indicating it is ready for reset/pairing.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and click "Next" to complete the connection.

Method Two: Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Open the MOES App and click the "+" icon. The prompt page will automatically appear on the screen. Click "Add".
3. Once the device is successfully added, you can edit its name to access the device page by clicking "Next".

Wiring Diagram Description

The device features a terminal block for power connections. The terminals are labeled as follows:

• L2, L1: Live/Line input terminals.
• G: Ground/Earth connection for safety.
• L: Another Live/Line input terminal.
• N: Neutral connection.

Ensure correct wiring according to your local electrical standards and the device's specifications.

Device Reset

To reset the device, press and hold the reset button until the indicator flashes.
