Product Introduction

This section introduces the Moes WiFi CO2 T&H Detector.

The main display shows:

• CO2 concentration in ppm (parts per million).
• Temperature in °C or °F.
• Humidity in % RH.

CO2 concentration levels are indicated by color:

• Green: 400 ~ 700 ppm (Good)
• Yellow: 700 ~ 1500 ppm (Moderate)
• Red: 1500 ~ 5000 ppm (Bad)

Operation

The device has three buttons for control:

• Button 1 (Left): Short press to turn on/off backlight (normal mode) or decrease value (setting mode). Long press to enter or disconnect network configuration state.
• Button 2 (Middle): Double click to set custom CO2 alarm threshold. Long press to turn the device on or off. Press with a pointed object to reset.
• Button 3 (Right): Short press to switch between °C and °F (normal mode) or increase value (setting mode). Long press to turn the buzzer on or off.

Calibration Mode: After powering off, long press all three buttons to enter calibration mode. The device will count down 200 seconds. Perform this outdoors away from people.

Alarm Note: When the CO2 concentration exceeds 1500 ppm and the buzzer is active, it will sound an alarm. Long press the [plus button] to stop the alarm.

Customize Sound Alarm Value

You can customize the sound alarm threshold for this meter.

To set the sound alarm value:

1. Double click the [circle button] to enter the setting.
2. Then click the [plus button] or [minus button] to adjust the value.
3. Click the [circle button] again to confirm the setting and return to the home page.

How to Connect to the App

To connect the device to the MOES app:

1. Download the "MOES" Application from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Register or Log In: Enter the Register/Login interface. Tap "Register" to create an account using your phone number for verification and set a password. If you have an existing MOES account, choose "Log In".
3. Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
4. Scan the QR code to configure the network guide. (Note: The QR code itself is excluded from this HTML output).
5. In the app, navigate to "Add Device". This can be done by clicking "Add Device" on the home page or the [add icon] icon in the top right.
6. The app will search for nearby devices. Ensure your device has entered pairing mode.
7. Select the gateway and turn on Wi-Fi for the device.
8. Click "Add" when the device is found (e.g., "WiFi CO2 air box").
9. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi password and click "Next" to wait for successful device addition.
10. Click "Done" to enter the device page and enjoy smart home automation.

Alternative Connection Method:

Besides "Auto Scan" mode, you can use "Add Manually". Follow the path: "Sensors" – "CO2 Alarm" – "CO2 Detector (other)". Click the corresponding icon and follow the on-screen prompts.

Connection Notes:

• Ensure the device and mobile phone are within 30 meters during connection, as Wi-Fi is short-distance.
• The device and mobile phone must be on the same Wi-Fi environment.
• Only the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal mode is supported.

The Moes application offers better compatibility than Tuya Smart/Smart Life applications and provides customized services like Siri integration, widgets, and scene recommendations. While Tuya Smart/Smart Life apps may still function, the Moes app is highly recommended.

Limited Warranty

Warranty Terms:

• A 1-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship.
• This warranty does not cover fuses, disposable batteries, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, alteration, contamination, or abnormal operation/handling.

Warranty Exclusions:

Moes reserves the right to refuse warranty service if:

• Products have damaged appearance, missing LOGO, or are beyond the service term.
• Products have been disassembled, injured, privately repaired, modified, or have missing parts.
• The circuit, data cable, or power interface is damaged.
• Products are damaged by foreign matter intrusion (e.g., fluid, sand, dust, soot).

Important Usage Notes:

• Do not expose the product to water or place it in environments exceeding 60°C. Keep it away from fire.
• This is a precision measuring instrument; do not disassemble it without authorization.
• Do not place the device in environments with dust or corrosive gas.
• When measuring in a car, avoid prolonged direct sun exposure.

Service

Moes provides a two-year worry-free after-sales service (freight not included). Please do not alter the warranty service card to safeguard your rights.

For service or questions, consult the distributor or contact Moes.

For product quality issues within 24 months of receipt, prepare the product and packaging for after-sales maintenance at the point of purchase. A maintenance fee may apply for damage caused by personal reasons.

Recycling Information

Products marked with the symbol for separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU) must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste.

Dispose of this equipment at designated collection points for electrical and electronic equipment, as designated by government or local authorities, to protect health and the environment. Correct disposal and recycling help prevent negative environmental and human health consequences.

Contact the installer or your local authority to find out where these collection points are and how they operate. The recycling symbol is represented by a crossed-out wheeled bin.
