Assembly Steps

STEP 1

Attach part 4L to part 4R using 1x F1 screw for each connection.

STEP 2

Attach part 2 to the assembly of 4L and 4R using 1x F1 screw for each connection.

STEP 3

Attach part 1 to the assembly of 4L and 4R using 2x F1 screws.

STEP 4

Join parts 3L and 3R using 2x F1 screws for each part.

STEP 5

Attach part 5 to the base frame using 4x F1 screws.

The floor frame must be level and square or holes will not align. Measure the floor frame diagonally; when the diagonal measurements are equal, the floor frame is square.

STEP 6

Attach panel P2 to the base using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers.

Make the colored side of the steel plate outward.

STEP 7

Attach panel P3 to the base using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

STEP 8

Attach another panel P2 to the structure using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 9

Attach panel P4 using 2x F1 screws and 2x S2 washers.

STEP 10

Attach another panel P2 to the structure using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 11

Attach another panel P4 using 2x F1 screws and 2x S2 washers.

STEP 12

Attach another panel P2 to the structure using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 13

Attach panel P3 using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

STEP 14

Attach part 9 using 2x F1 screws and 2x S2 washers.

Put the side with fewer holes facing up.

STEP 15

Attach part 11 using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

Put the side with fewer holes facing up.

STEP 16

Attach parts 10L and 10R using 1x F1 screw each.

Put the side with fewer holes facing up.

STEP 17

Attach parts 10L and 10R to the structure using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers for each part. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 18

Attach part G2 to the ends of parts 7 and 8.

STEP 19

Attach part 6 to parts 7 and 8 using 2x F1 screws.

The 2 screws fixed in this step need to be removed and reinstalled later in the following steps.

STEP 20

Attach parts 7 and 8 to the main structure using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers for each part. Rotate the structure 180°.

STEP 21

Attach panel P3 to the structure using 5x F1 screws and 5x S2 washers. Also use 2x F2 screws.

STEP 22

Attach another panel P3 to the structure using 5x F1 screws and 5x S2 washers. Also use 2x F2 screws. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 23

Attach panel P1A using 3x F1 screws and 3x S2 washers. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 24

Attach panel P3 using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

STEP 25

Attach panel P1A using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

STEP 26

Attach panel P4A using 2x F1 screws and 2x S2 washers. Keep the small hole on the right.

STEP 27

Attach panels 25L and 25R using 6x F1 screws and 6x S2 washers for each panel.

STEP 28

Attach part GF to parts 12L and 12R using 2x F2 screws for each connection.

STEP 29

Attach part B1 to a frame piece using 2x F2 screws.

STEP 30

Attach two B1 parts together using 2x F2 screws.

STEP 31

Attach a component to the top of the structure using 10x F1 screws. Remove the 2 screws installed in Step 19 before proceeding.

STEP 32

Attach parts 21L and 21R to the structure using 6x F1 screws for 21L and 3x F2 screws for 21R. Rotate the structure 90°.

STEP 33

Attach panel P5 to the roof structure using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers. Rotate the structure 270°.

Screws on the top panel can't be fixed too tightly in the beginning, and they can only be tightened after all holes are aligned.

Attach panel P7 to the roof structure using 4x F1 screws and 4x S2 washers.

Attach part 17 to the roof structure using 2x F1 screws.

Attach part 15 to the structure using 4x F1 screws and 4x GC parts.

STEP 40

Attach part 20 to part D1 using 6x F2 screws.

Attach part 27 to a base component using 6x F2 screws.

Attach part GB to a base component using 3x F2 screws.

Attach part 20 to a base component using 10x F2 screws. Also use GD parts. Rotate the structure 180°.

Attach part 20 to part D2 using 6x F2 screws.

Attach part GB to a base component using 3x F2 screws.

Attach part 20 to a base component using 10x F2 screws. Also use GD parts. Rotate the structure 180°.

STEP 48

Attach part 1 to the main structure using 4x F3 screws.

STEP 49

Insert part S1 into the designated holes.
