Intelbras AMT 1000 SMART / AMT 2018 E SMART Alarm Integration with Intelbras CFTV with AI
Installation and User Guide
Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of an Intelbras product, known for its quality and safety. This guide details the integration of AMT 1000 SMART and AMT 2018 E SMART alarm systems with Intelbras CFTV systems equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI). This integration supports up to 4 IP connections per alarm panel.
Important: This integration is exclusively for models with AI technology. Compatible DVRs are from the iMHDX series and NVRs are from the iNVD series manufactured from June 2023 onwards. Ensure your devices meet these requirements for proper system operation.
Note: The default factory password must be changed upon installation. Consult your technician for configured passwords, user access, and recovery methods.
Operating Methods
The system allows for the integration of alarm panels with cameras and recorders featuring AI. Each camera or recorder occupies a wireless sensor position on the alarm panel, inheriting its attributes.
1.1. IP Camera
Up to 4 IP cameras can be associated per control panel. Cameras must be on the same network (IP range) as the alarm panel. When a camera is detected, a trigger event is sent to the monitoring software and applications.
1.2. Recorder + Channel
This mode allows the recorder to use its first 4 channels (one per sector). The recorder must be on the same network/IP range as the alarm panel. If recorder channel 1 is associated with sector 25, an AI-triggered event will be reported with sector 25 identification.
1.3. Multi-channel Recorder
With the Multichannel option, up to 4 recorders can be associated. You can select which recorder channels generate triggers. The recorder must be on the same network/IP range. For recorders without cameras but with AI, the detection intelligence is embedded in the recorder, triggering the associated sector.
1.4. Multichannel Recorder with Video Channel Identification
This option allows associating up to 4 recorders, with selection of channels for triggers. Trigger events are reported with zone addresses identifying the recorder channel (e.g., 301-332 for Recorder 1). The recorder must be on the same network/IP range. For recorders without cameras but with AI, the detection intelligence is embedded in the recorder.
Supervision Failure: A supervision failure event is generated if the control panel loses communication with the IP associated with the sector. This applies to cameras or recorders. If communication is lost with the recorder, the failure is reported, not with individual cameras connected to it.
Configuration via AMT Remote Desktop
All configuration is performed using the AMT Remote Desktop Programmer. Ensure you have the IP, login, and password for the cameras or recorders readily available.
For detailed connection information, refer to the AMT Remote Desktop Programmer manual: Manual AMT Remoto Desktop.
2.1. Configuration Steps
- Connect the alarm control panel using the AMT REMOTO DESKTOP programmer.
- Select the DEVICES – IP CAMERA / RECORDER tab.
- Ensure you have the IP, username, and password for the device to be associated.
- Choose the operation mode: IP Camera, Recorder Channel, Multichannel Recorder, or Multichannel Recorder with Video Channel Identification.
- Enter the configured information for the camera or recorder.
- Associate the device with a wireless sector by clicking the ASSOCIATE field. The first available sector position will be shown; you can change this by clicking on the sector option to view all available positions.
- After configuration, click Save and Send to apply the settings to the control panel.
Associating a device reports an RF registration event; disassociating reports an RF exclusion event.
Events Triggered: Events enabled on cameras/recorders for alarm triggers include People Detection, Vehicle Detection, Virtual Line, and Virtual Fence. Intelligence configuration must be done on the camera/recorder interface.
Supervision: Cameras/recorders have a supervision time configurable between 1 and 9 minutes. If communication is lost during this period, a supervision failure event is sent. The default is 5 minutes. Adjust this in the AMT Remote Desktop Programmer under the IP CAMERA / RECORDER option.
