Making Ice Cream
Cleanness: Before use, wash all parts that contact ice cream (fixed bowl, removable bowl, mixing blade, transparent lid, refill lid, measuring cup, spoon).
Warning: Ensure the power cord is unplugged before cleaning.
Important: Always place the Ice Cream Maker upright on a flat surface for optimal compressor performance.
Step 1. Prepare recipe ingredients:
Prepare ingredients from your recipe. Note: The machine has a built-in compressor, so pre-freezing the bowl is not necessary.
Step 2. Pour ingredients:
Pour prepared ingredients and warm water into the removable bowl and mix uniformly.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows ingredients and water being poured into the removable bowl, with a circular arrow indicating mixing.
Step 3. Insert removable bowl:
Place the removable bowl into the machine and turn it slightly to fit well with the fixed bowl.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the removable bowl being placed into the main unit, with a circular arrow indicating how to secure it.
Step 4. Install mixing blade and lid:
Place the mixing blade into the removable bowl, ensuring its bottom hole fits the motor axis. Then, place the transparent lid onto the machine and lock it anticlockwise.

Operation Modes
- Ice cream mode: Default working time is 60 minutes. This mode combines freezing and mixing.
- Cooling only mode: Default working time is 30 minutes. This mode cools ingredients but does not mix.
- Mixing only mode: Default working time is 10 minutes. This mode mixes ingredients but does not freeze.
Keep cool function
After the ice cream is finished and without further operation, the machine automatically activates the keep cool function for ten minutes to prevent melting. It then enters standby state.
Motor self-protection function
If the mixing motor becomes blocked due to hard ice cream, the motor protection device will stop the motor temporarily to ensure its longevity.
Controlling the Volume of Ingredients
To avoid overflow, ensure ingredients do not exceed 60% of the removable bowl's capacity, as ice cream expands when formed.
STORAGE OF ICE CREAM
Remove finished ice cream into another container using a plastic scoop or wooden spoon. Avoid using a metal scoop to prevent scratching the inside of the removable bowl.
