Tchibo Crazy Summer Deals Promotion

General Provisions

1. Introduction: The "Crazy Summer Deals" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Action") is organized in the Republic of Poland by Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Dziekońskiego 3, 00-728 Warsaw. The company's documentation is kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered under KRS number 0000019739, NIP 5210124030, with a share capital of PLN 51,231,000.00, BDO number: 000009104, hereinafter referred to as "Tchibo".

2. Eligibility: Anyone who makes a purchase under the conditions specified in Section II below may benefit from the advantage specified in that section.

Action Duration and Fulfillment Conditions

1. Scope: The Action applies exclusively to products sold in the online store tchibo.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").

2. Applicable Products: The Action covers all collection articles available in the Tchibo.pl Online Store.

3. Exclusions: The Action does not include coffee, capsules, coffee machines, and coffee accessories, or gift cards.

4. Participation Requirement: To participate in the Action, a purchase of promotional items from the Online Store must be made between June 20, 2025, and June 27, 2025. The code "LATO" must be entered. For every full PLN 100 of product value in the basket, a PLN 20 discount is granted. The maximum discount value is PLN 200.

5. Discount Tiers: Anyone meeting the condition in point II.2 receives a discount based on the purchase value:

• PLN 100 purchase: PLN 20 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 200 purchase: PLN 40 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 300 purchase: PLN 60 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 400 purchase: PLN 80 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 500 purchase: PLN 100 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 600 purchase: PLN 120 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 700 purchase: PLN 140 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 800 purchase: PLN 160 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 900 purchase: PLN 180 discount on the entire purchase
• PLN 1000 purchase: PLN 200 discount on the entire purchase

6. Product Availability: Participation in the Action requires the product to be available in the Online Store at the time of placing the order. Information about unavailability of products covered by the Action is provided according to Tchibo's general procedures.

7. Benefit Realization: The benefits mentioned in point II.5 will be realized upon order confirmation in the Online Store.

Returns and Complaints

1. Returns: Returns of products purchased within the Action can be made according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo.

2. Complaints: Complaints related to the Action can be submitted according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Final Provisions

1. Availability: This regulation is available on the tchibo.pl website.

2. Governing Law: Polish law is applicable to this Action. For matters not covered by this regulation, the general principles applied to sales conducted by Tchibo, taking into account applicable legal provisions, shall apply.
