Tchibo Summer SALE 2025 Promotion Rules
General Provisions
The "Summer SALE 2025" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Action") is organized within the territory of the Republic of Poland by Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Dziekońskiego 3, 00-728 Warsaw. The company's documentation is stored by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered under KRS number 0000019739, NIP 5210124030, with a share capital of PLN 51,231,000, BDO number: 000009104, hereinafter referred to as "Tchibo".
Anyone who makes a purchase under the conditions specified in section II below may benefit from the advantage specified in that section.
Promotion Duration and Fulfillment Conditions
1. The Action applies exclusively to products sold in Tchibo stationary stores listed in Annex No. 1.
2. The Action covers all non-food products included in the Summer SALE.
3. The Action cannot be combined with other price promotions.
4. The Action applies exclusively to products purchased in stationary stores during the period from June 17 to August 31, 2025, inclusive. For the Tchibo store in Galeria Łódzka, the Action starts from June 18.
5. If the conditions specified in points 1-4 above are met, customers are eligible to take advantage of the Summer SALE offer, meaning they can purchase products included in the Summer SALE at a lower price indicated on the price tag.
Returns and Complaints
1. Returns of products purchased within the Action may be made according to the general rules applied by Tchibo.
2. Complaints related to the Action may be submitted according to the general rules applied by Tchibo and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Final Provisions
1. This regulation is available in stationary stores and on the website tchibo.pl.
2. Polish law is applicable to the Action. For matters not regulated in this regulation, the generally applicable principles for sales conducted by Tchibo will apply, taking into account applicable legal provisions.
