TchiboCard Promotion: Buy 2 Get 1 Free on Coffee and Tea
Official regulations for the "2+1 on coffee and tea with TchiboCard" promotion.
General Provisions
The "2+1 on coffee and tea with TchiboCard" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Action") is organized within the territory of the Republic of Poland by Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw. The company's documentation is kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered under KRS number 0000019739, NIP 5210124030, with a share capital of PLN 51,231,000, BDO number: 000009104, hereinafter referred to as "Tchibo".
Anyone who makes a purchase under the conditions specified in Section II below can take advantage of the benefit specified in that section.
Promotion Duration and Implementation Conditions
The promotion applies exclusively to products sold in stationary Tchibo stores in Poland (hereinafter referred to as "Stationary Stores") and the Tchibo.pl online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
The promotion covers all Tchibo and Davidoff coffees, excluding Cafissimo capsules available in the Online Store. In Stationary Stores, it also includes all Tchibo teas.
The promotion does not include Cafissimo capsule coffees or coffees available in cafes.
Participation in the promotion is exclusively for members of the TchiboCard loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as "Participant").
During the promotion, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive, a Participant can benefit from the promotional offer:
- Upon purchasing 3 packages of products mentioned in Section II.2, the third (cheapest) one will be received for 1 gr.
The promotion cannot be combined with other price promotions, including special offers for TchiboCard loyalty program members.
To benefit from the promotion, the product must be available in the respective Stationary Store at the time of purchase. Information about unavailability of products covered by the promotion is provided according to Tchibo's general procedures.
To take advantage of the promotion, the Participant must make the purchase using their TchiboCard loyalty card, by logging into their online account before making the purchase in the Online Store or by presenting the EAN code (card number) in Stationary Stores.
The benefit mentioned in Section II.5 will be processed at the checkout.
This promotion is a recurring offer, meaning a Participant who meets all the conditions specified in these regulations can make multiple purchases of products mentioned in Section II.2 during the promotion period and benefit from the discount described in Section II.5 during the promotion period.
It is not possible to place an order in the Online Store for pickup at a Stationary Store, nor to place orders in the Online Store via store tablets in Stationary Stores as part of this promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion early.
The promotion is valid while stocks last.
Returns and Complaints
Returns of products purchased within the promotion can be made according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo.
Complaints related to the promotion can be submitted according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
Final Provisions
These regulations are available on Tchibo.pl and in Stationary Stores.
Polish law is applicable to this promotion. In matters not regulated herein, the generally applicable principles of sales conducted by Tchibo, taking into account applicable legal provisions, shall apply.
