Tchibo Promotion Regulations
"June Closing" June 27-30, 2025
I. General Provisions
The "June Closing" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized in Poland by Tchibo Warszawa Sp. z o.o. The company's registered office is located in Warsaw, at ul. Dziekońskiego 3, 00-728 Warsaw. Its documentation is kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000019739. The company's NIP is 5210124030, and its share capital amounts to PLN 51,231,000. The BDO number is 000009104. The company is hereinafter referred to as "Tchibo".
Anyone who makes a purchase under the conditions specified in Section II below may benefit from the advantage specified in that section.
II. Promotion Period and Conditions of Participation
The promotion applies exclusively to products sold in Tchibo physical stores listed in Annexes 1 and 2 to these regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Physical Stores") and in the online store tchibo.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
During the promotion, from June 27, 2025, to June 30, 2025, inclusive, consumers can take advantage of the offer in Physical Stores and the Online Store. Packaged coffees from the "Włoskie Smaki" (Italian Flavors) series, weighing 1kg (listed in Annex 3 to these regulations), are available at a promotional price of 63.99 PLN. Additionally, coffee machines listed in Annex 4 to these regulations are available at promotional prices.
This promotion cannot be combined with other price promotions.
To benefit from the promotion, products must be available in the Physical Stores at the time of purchase or in the Online Store at the time of placing the order. Information about product unavailability within the scope of the promotion is provided according to Tchibo's general procedures.
The benefit mentioned in point II.3 will be applied at the checkout for purchases made in Physical Stores, and upon order confirmation for purchases made in the Online Store.
The organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early.
The promotion is valid while stocks last.
III. Returns and Complaints
Returns of products purchased under the promotion can be made according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo.
Complaints related to the promotion can be submitted according to the general terms and conditions applied by Tchibo and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.
IV. Final Provisions
These regulations are available in Tchibo Physical Stores and on the website tchibo.pl.
Polish law applies to this promotion. Matters not covered by these regulations shall be governed by the general principles applied by Tchibo in its sales, taking into account applicable legal provisions.
