Customer Criteria for Steaming Hot Water Taps
Installation Requirements:
- For tap fitment, a pre-drilled hole is required in any work surface other than wood composition.
- A 13 amp power socket must be within 600mm of the install area.
- Stopcock must be working and accessible.
- Adequate space for the product is needed (check website for dimensions).
- Accessibility to the back of the sink is required when fitting the 3N1 tap.
- Be aware that you may lose shelf space in the cupboard.

The diagram illustrates the typical installation of a steaming hot water tap system under a sink. It shows the tap unit over the sink (labeled 1), the required electrical connection to a wall socket (labeled 2), the water supply connection with a stopcock (labeled 3), and the steaming hot water unit with its filter (labeled 4).
The appliance will be connected to existing services only. Should a hole not be pre-drilled in any work surface other than wood, installation will not be possible. If the criteria above has not been met on the arrival of the service agent, the customer will have to pay a call out charge of £75 to the service agent.
