Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach part 10047099 to the panel labeled 'IKEA CL' using 9x part 146114.

Step 2

Rotate the panel. Attach part 10047099 to the panel labeled 'IKEA CR' using 9x part 146114.

Step 3

Insert 3x part 118331 into the panel.

Step 4

Attach two panels. Use 9x part 146114 and 9x part 10047099 on each panel.

Step 5

Insert 6x part 118331 into the side panels.

Step 6

Attach 12x part 101345 to the side panels.

Step 7

Attach handles (part 153548 and 158568) using 2x part 157426.

Step 8

Insert vertical support rods (part 101345) into the base panels.

Step 9

Attach horizontal supports using 4x part 101345.

Step 10

Insert vertical support rods (part 101345) into the base panels.

Step 11

Secure vertical supports with 4x part 119252 and 119250.

Step 12

Insert vertical supports into the base panels.

Step 13

Secure vertical supports with 2x part 119252 and 119250.

Step 14

Place the top panel onto the vertical supports.

Step 15

Secure the top panel with 3x part 118331.

Step 16

Attach side panels to the base.

Step 17

Join the two main cabinet sections.

Step 18

Secure the central divider with 3x part 119252 and 119250.

Step 19

Attach drawer runners to the side panels using 4x part 105248.

Step 20

Attach handles (part 153548 and 158568) to the drawers using 6x part 157426.

Step 21

Attach the back panel.

Step 22

Secure the back panel with 8x part 10093081 and 10093082.

Step 23

Attach wall mounting bracket to the unit using 2x part 106989 and 109049.

Step 24

Attach drawer slides to the drawer sides using 6x part 118331.

Step 25

Attach drawer slides to the cabinet frame using 6x part 101345.

Step 26

Place the top surface onto the assembled cabinet.

Step 27

Secure the top surface with 6x part 119252 and 119250.

Step 28

Attach drawer fronts using 10x part 10093081 and 10093082.

Step 29

Secure the back of the unit with 4x part 109049.

Step 30

Attach drawer runners to the cabinet frame using 2x part 109567 and 100823.

Insert drawers into the cabinet.

Assemble drawer boxes: Attach drawer sides to drawer base using 3x part 10047099.

Attach drawer bottom panels using 4x part 101345.

Assemble drawer sides.

Attach the drawer front panel.
