Usage Notes
- Before use, check that the power supply installation is normal and reliable.
- Ensure the oil level in the oil pan is greater than 1/2 of its depth.
- When operating, the K1 power switch indicator light should be bright. Turn the thermostat clockwise to the desired temperature. The yellow indicator light will shine, indicating that the heating process has begun. The temperature controller will automatically maintain the set temperature.
- Use the lid to keep the pot clean and for preservation. Pay attention to ensure the lid does not have water to prevent hot oil splashing and causing injury.
- The fryer comes with a special frying basket. For smaller fried foods, the basket is provided with a hanging hook and a handle, allowing the basket body to be immersed in oil. After frying, hang the basket on the upper beam to filter out remaining oil. Large pieces of food can be placed directly into the pan for frying.
- After use, turn the thermostat counterclockwise to the limit position and cut off the power supply for safety.
- Before cleaning, pour out the oil once the oil temperature has decreased to room temperature. Move the frying basket and guard board forward. Cut off the power supply. The control box can be flipped or removed for cleaning the pan in a dry place.
- To ensure the pan is safe and durable, users should regularly remove oil residue and dirt from the electric heating pipe to keep the oil liquid and the heating pipe in a clean state for a long time.
- The guard board inside the oil pan protects the heating tube. Shields must be placed in the pan during frying time.
- Use new vegetable oil only; the use of old oil is prohibited.
Cleaning Instructions
- Before cleaning the fryer, cut off the power supply to prevent accidents.
- Use a wet towel (without corrosive detergent) to scrub the fryer surface and the power cord daily. Do NOT flush with water, as water can damage electrical elements and cause safety issues.
- Turn off the thermostat and the power switch when you are not using the fryer.
- If the fryer is not in use for a long time, please clean it and place it in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas place.

- The user needs to be in the vicinity of the device, and the device should be suitable for the power switch and fuse.
- After the device is provided with the grounding bolt, apply a connection using not less than 2.5mm² copper wire, ensuring a reliable connection in line with safety requirements.
- Before use, check whether the wiring is loose, if the voltage is normal, and confirm the safety grounding is in place.
