Step 2: Assemble two crank arms.
Description: Attach the crank arms (No.9) to both sides of the backrest (No.5) using M6*10 hexagon socket bolts (No.16).
Step 3: Assemble the backrest.
Description: Place the backrest onto the support frame. Ensure the crank arms are seated in the grooves on the support frame. The crank arms are designed to be wider than the support frame for stability; press both crank arms inward during assembly.
Step 4: Assemble two handle bars.
Description: Take the handle bars (No.2). For the right side (example): Install a handle bar on the support frame. Secure it with an M8 hexagon head bolt and a Φ8 washer (No.25) in hole A using the open-end wrench (No.20). Insert an M8 hexagon head bolt into hole B and an M6 hexagon socket bolt into hole C. Install a safety iron sheet (No.15) on holes B and C to lock the crank arms. Secure with a Φ8 washer and M8 nut (No.13) using the open-end and closed-end wrenches. Secure with a Φ6 washer (No.26) and M6 nut (No.18) using the closed-end wrench and L-shape hexagon wrench.

Description: Insert the ankle holding rod (No.7) through the large hole of the height adjustment tube (No.3). Secure it with an M6*40 hexagon socket bolt (No.27), a Φ6 washer (No.26), and an M6 nut (No.18) using the closed-end wrench and L-shape hexagon wrench. Cover the ankle holding rod with two sponge sleeves (No.8).

- Place hands on the handles and slowly lie back on the backrest to make your body horizontal.
- Once comfortable, move your hands to start the inversion exercise.
- If you feel nauseous, return slowly; do not return too fast to avoid dizziness.
- Increase the angle gradually only if you are comfortable.
- For complete inversion, grab the handles to return. If handles are out of reach, grab the support frame to return.
