• The device features a SIM tray that accommodates Micro SD / Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
• Please do not insert non-standard SIM cards into the SIM card slot, as they may damage the SIM card slot.

Important Safety Information

General Precautions:

• The device's operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C. Using the device outside this range may cause damage.

• Charge the device only with the included or authorized cable and power adapter. Use only authorized accessories.
• Disconnect the adapter after charging is complete. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
• Recycle or dispose of the battery separately from household waste. Mishandling the battery may cause fire or explosion.
• Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. Stop using it immediately if deformed or damaged.
• Do not short circuit the battery.
• Do not place the battery in a high-temperature environment.
• User shall not remove or alter the battery; repair must be done by an authorized center.
• Keep your device dry.
• Do not attempt self-repair; contact customer support or an authorized repair center.
• Connect compatible devices only.

Safety Precautions

• Observe all applicable laws and rules restricting mobile phone use in specific situations and environments.
• Do not use your phone in explosive atmospheres (e.g., petrol stations, fueling areas, boats, fuel storage facilities, or areas with dust/metal powders). Obey signs to turn off wireless devices.
• Do not use your phone in hospital operating rooms, emergency rooms, or intensive care units. Comply with hospital rules.
• If you have a medical device (e.g., pacemaker), maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between your phone and the device. Consult your doctor and the device manufacturer. Use the phone on the ear opposite your pacemaker and do not carry it in a breast pocket. Avoid using near hearing aids or cochlear implants.
• Observe aircraft safety regulations and turn off your phone on board aircraft when required.
• Use your phone in accordance with relevant traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Avoid using your phone outdoors during thunderstorms to prevent being struck by lightning.
• Do not make calls while charging.
• Avoid using your phone in places with high humidity (e.g., bathrooms) to prevent electric shock, injury, fire, or charger damage.

Security Statement

POCO WARRANTY NOTICE

This warranty provides specific rights, and you may have other rights conveyed by the laws of your country, province, or state. Xiaomi does not exclude, limit, or suspend other rights permitted by law.

This warranty applies only to the hardware components of the POCO Product and not to any software or other equipment owned by Xiaomi or third parties.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Xiaomi warrants the original purchaser that the POCO Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Warranty duration:

• Host unit: 1 year
• Removable battery and charger: 6 months
• Irremovable battery: 1 year
• Earphone (if applicable): 3 months

Xiaomi does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Remedies

If a hardware defect is found within the Warranty Period, Xiaomi will, at its option:

• Repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product.
• Refund the Product, excluding potential shipping costs.

Shipping and handling charges may apply.

Replacement hardware products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Xiaomi may require proof of purchase details and the warranty card with the Product's IMEI.

It is your responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials. Xiaomi is not responsible for any damage or loss of such data during service.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Xiaomi, identified by the "Xiaomi," "Mi," or "POCO" trademark.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Damage due to acts of nature (lightning, floods, fire, etc.).
• Negligence.
• Commercial use.
• Alterations or modifications to the Product.
• Damage caused by use with non-Xiaomi or non-POCO products.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse.
• Damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted uses or with improper voltage/power supply.
• Damage caused by service performed by unauthorized personnel.
• Failure to follow instructions relating to the Product's usage.

Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered.

No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty.

After-sales services are limited to the country or region of original purchase, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Products not duly imported, manufactured, or acquired from Xiaomi or an official seller are not covered. Contact your retailer for warranty.

Warranties do not apply in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this limited warranty, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Damages

Xiaomi shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, except as prohibited by applicable law.
