Hardware Repair (Manufacturing Defects)
This service covers the repair of any MOTOTRBO radios that fail due to a manufacturing issue. Repairs are conducted to the highest quality standards by trained technicians at a central repair facility.

This extended cover allows for the repair of both manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.
Hardware Repair Including Accidental Damage
This ultimate hardware cover provides repair for manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, and accidental damage, offering complete peace of mind for your radio fleet.
Software Updates
Motorola Solutions continuously innovates, releasing new features through certified and tested software. These updates and enhancements, including the latest cybersecurity updates, provide access to the newest software versions for your radio.
Remote Technical Support
Motorola Solutions' experienced technologists are available to help isolate and resolve issues with MOTOTRBO radios. With an extensive knowledge base, trained and certified technical engineers, and leading escalation procedures, this team can troubleshoot and provide resolutions for a wide range of technical issues.
Device Maintenance
MOTOTRBO radios can be programmed to alert users to upcoming maintenance events, helping to proactively maintain the radio fleet in optimal condition. The preventive maintenance alert (part number HKVN4941) prompts users to schedule a regular service check. An SMA alert notifies the user when the end of a warranty or service agreement is approaching, and a battery alert warns when the radio's battery is nearing the end of its serviceable life.
