Fraktunie – The Secret of Summer Adventures
Game Duration: June 13, 2025 – June 29, 2025
General Provisions
1.1. Game Name: "Fraktunie – The Secret of Summer Adventures" ("Game").
1.2. The Organizer of the Game is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").
1.3. These regulations define the rules of participation in the Game and the principles of its conduct and complaint procedure (hereinafter: "Regulations").
Conditions for Participation in the Game
2.1. Game Duration: June 13, 2025 – June 29, 2025, during the opening hours of the Småland Magical Forest.
2.2. Game Venue: IKEA Gdańsk store, Złota Karczma 26, 80-298 Gdańsk ("IKEA store").
2.3. The Game is intended for children aged 3-16 years.
2.4. The Game involves collecting a game card and personally or with the help of a guardian finding 24 letters that will help solve the password located on the card. The letters are printed on tags attached to 24 KNÖLIG keychains, shaped like a small blue bag. Each tag, in addition to the letter, contains a digit or number indicating the letter's position in the competition password. The letters, entered in the correct order, will form the solution to the competition riddle. Game cards can be picked up on the ground floor near the escalators or in the Småland Magical Forest.
2.5. The game card describes the area within the IKEA store where KNÖLIG keychains with attached tags should be sought. Additionally, these locations are marked with a sticker on the floor.
2.6. The Game ends after finding all the letters of the password and entering it on the game card. Then, you should go to the Småland Magical Forest and, after submitting the completed card, collect a prize.
2.7. One game card entitles the participant to receive one prize. A child can participate in the Game only once during its duration.
2.8. Children may participate in the Game only under the supervision of parents/legal guardians. Leaving children in the care of Game facilitators is prohibited.
2.9. The Organizer is not responsible for damages suffered by children or caused by children to other persons present in the IKEA Gdańsk store during the Game, or for damages caused by children to IKEA property.
2.10. Unclaimed prizes, the conditions for obtaining which are described in point 2.7 of these Regulations, can be collected until the last day of the Game, i.e., until June 29, 2025.
Other Provisions
3.1. All complaints regarding the Game should be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department at IKEA Gdańsk, by phone at: 222750000 (charges according to the operator's tariff), or by mail to the IKEA Gdańsk store address, Złota Karczma 26, 80-298, with the annotation: Head of Customer Service Department.
3.2. A written complaint should include: contact details, i.e., name and surname, address, phone number, and a description and reason for the complaint.
3.3. Complaints will be processed in writing within 14 days.
3.4. The Game Regulations are available at the Customer Service Department at IKEA Gdańsk.
3.5. Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
These Regulations are effective from June 13, 2025.
