Fraktunie – Secret of Summer Adventures Game Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. Game Name: "Fraktunie – Secret of Summer Adventures" ("Game").

1.2. The Organizer of the Game is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").

1.3. These regulations define the rules of participation in the Game and the procedures for handling complaints (hereinafter: "Regulations").

2. Conditions for Participation in the Game

2.1. Game Duration: 13.06.2025 - 28.06.2025. From Monday to Friday during hours 12:00-20:00, and on Saturdays during hours 10:00-20:00.

2.2. Game Venue: IKEA Targówek store, ul. Malborska 51, 03-286 Warsaw ("IKEA store").

2.3. The Game is intended for children aged 3-16 years.

2.4. The Game involves collecting a game card and personally or with the help of a guardian finding 24 letters that will help solve a riddle placed on the card. The letters are printed on tags attached to 24 KNÖLIG keychains, shaped like small blue bags. On each tag, besides the letter, there is a digit or number indicating the letter's position in the contest's solution. The letters entered in the correct order will form the solution to the contest riddle. Game cards can be collected at the store entrance.

2.5. The game card describes the area within the IKEA store where the KNÖLIG keychains with attached tags should be sought. Additionally, these locations are marked with a sticker on the floor.

2.6. The Game ends after finding all the letters of the solution and entering them on the game card. Then, proceed to the entrance of the Småland Magic Forest to hand in the completed card and receive a prize.

2.7. One game card entitles the participant to one prize. A child can participate in the game only once during the Game's duration.

2.8. Children may participate in the Game only under the supervision of parents/legal guardians. Leaving children under the care of Game organizers is prohibited.

2.9. The Organizer is not responsible for damages suffered by children or caused by children to other persons present in the IKEA Targówek store during the Game, or for damages caused by children to IKEA property.

2.10. Unclaimed prizes, the conditions for obtaining which are described in point 2.7 of these Regulations, can be collected until the last day of the Game, i.e., until 28.06.2025.

3. Other Provisions

3.1. All complaints regarding the Game should be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department at IKEA Targówek, by phone at: 22 275 00 00 (fee according to the operator's tariff), or by mail to the address of the IKEA Targówek store, ul. Malborska 51, 03-286 Warsaw, to the Head of the Customer Service Department.

3.2. A written complaint should include: contact details, i.e., name, surname, address, phone number, and a description and reason for the complaint.

3.3. Complaints will be processed in writing within 14 days.

3.4. The Game Regulations are available at the Customer Service Department at IKEA Targówek.

3.5. Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
