Characteristics
Bromine tablets are an effective disinfectant against bacteria, algae, and fungi. Their disinfecting capacity does not depend on pH as long as it is between 7 and 8. Their high oxidizing power allows them to destroy all organic material present in the water.
The bromamines produced do not cause eye irritation or unpleasant smells. Therefore, bromine tablets are an ideal product for treating water in spas and indoor swimming pools.
The dosage system, using the bromine tablets dispenser, provides the correct level of disinfectant, ensuring swimmers are protected and excessive use of the product is avoided.
Instructions for Use
Once the pH of the water has been balanced between 7.2 and 7.6, fill the dosing apparatus with the product. Regulate the dosing apparatus to obtain the desired level of Residual Bromine.
Dosage Recommendations
The recommended quantities of Residual Bromine are as follows:
- Private Pool: 1-3 ppm
- Private Spas: 2-4 ppm
- Public Pool: 3-5 ppm
- Public Spas: 2-5 ppm
These doses are suggested and can be modified according to the specific characteristics of each swimming pool, climate, etc.
