Troubleshooting
Why the watch can't receive message notifications?
For Android phones, the background may automatically clean up apps not commonly used, causing the watch connection to drop and stop pushing messages.
- Ensure message push is turned on in FitCloudPro app settings.
- Make sure messages can be displayed in your phone's notification bar. The watch pushes notifications by reading the phone's notification bar; if message push is closed in phone settings, the watch cannot get notifications.
- Note: Find notification settings in your phone's settings and turn on permissions for apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, and SMS.
Why is the blood pressure data different from a Sphygmomanometer?
The difference between smartwatch data and a sphygmomanometer is due to several factors:
- Measurement Site: Sphygmomanometers measure at the radial artery, while watches measure at smaller arterioles. The difference between aortic blood pressure and micro-arterial measurement is normally 3-40 mmHg.
- Blood Flow: Blood flows centrifugally in the artery. If you use both devices simultaneously, the sphygmomanometer cuff can restrict blood flow to the lower artery branches, increasing vascular tension and widening the difference.

Water Resistance Limitations
Why can't you wear the smart watch for bathing ?, in hot springs ♨️, or saunas ??
The high temperature in baths produces water vapor. Water vapor's small molecular radius allows it to infiltrate from the watch's shell gaps. When the temperature drops, it condenses into liquid water droplets, which can easily cause short circuits ⚡ and damage the watch's circuit board and itself.
