Troubleshooting and FAQs
Why Can't I Receive Message Notifications?
- Ensure message push is enabled in the FitCloudPro app settings.
- Verify that messages are displayed in your phone's notification bar. The watch receives notifications by reading the phone's notification bar. If message notifications are turned off in your phone's system settings, the watch cannot receive them.
- Check your phone's notification settings and enable notifications for apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, and SMS.
Why is Blood Pressure Data Different from a Sphygmomanometer?
Differences arise due to measurement sites (watch measures arteriole branches, sphygmomanometer measures radial artery) and methodology. Factors like blood flow dynamics and the pressure from a sphygmomanometer cuff can affect readings. The smartwatch is not a medical device, and its readings are for reference only.
Why Shouldn't I Wear the Smartwatch in Hot Water (Bath, Hot Springs, Sauna)?
High temperatures and steam can cause water vapor to infiltrate the watch casing. When the temperature drops, condensation can form inside, potentially causing short circuits and damage to the internal components.
