Troubleshooting and FAQs
Why can't I receive message notifications?
Android phones may automatically clean up background apps. Ensure:
- Message push is enabled in FitCloudPro settings.
- Messages can be displayed in your phone's notification bar. The watch receives notifications by reading the phone's notification bar.
- Check your phone's notification settings and enable notifications for apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, and SMS.
Why is the blood pressure data different from a Sphygmomanometer?
Differences arise from various factors: The sphygmomanometer measures at the radial artery, while the watch measures at smaller arterioles. The difference between aortic blood pressure and micro-arterial measurement is typically 3-40 mmHg. Simultaneous measurement can also be affected by the sphygmomanometer's cuff pressure, impeding blood flow and increasing vascular tension.
Why can't I wear the smartwatch for bathing, hot springs, or saunas?
High temperatures can produce water vapor. Its small molecular radius allows it to infiltrate the watch casing. When the temperature drops, condensation can form liquid water inside, potentially causing short circuits and damaging the internal circuitry.
