The built-in Wi-Fi module allows easy configuration with the ENGO Smart mobile application. The controller supports sharing with multiple users, scheduling, and PIN lock. Wall Mounting the Regulator (Thermostat)
- Attach the mounting plate to the wall.
- Insert the batteries (2xAA ?).
- Attach the thermostat to the plate.
Wiring Diagrams
a) Connection diagram of the receiver to the heat source
The receiver (battery powered) connects to the heating source. Wiring involves connecting L and N from the 230V AC 50 Hz power supply to the receiver, and then connecting the heating source via COM and NO terminals on the receiver.

Receiver's Switches
- LEFT SWITCH: 1. Receiver ON, 2. Receiver OFF
- RIGHT SWITCH: 3. MANUAL - Receiver works in manual mode (according to the left switch), 4. AUTO - Receiver works in AUTO mode (according to the thermostat's command)
LED Indications in the Receiver
The receiver status is indicated by two LEDs: red (upper) and orange (lower).

Orange LED solid | Receiver received heating/cooling signal from thermostat (AUTO mode), or started in manual mode (ON + MANUAL switch). |
Orange LED flashes | Receiver is in pairing mode, looking for thermostat signal (activate "SYNC" parameter on thermostat). |
Orange LED off | Receiver does not send heating/cooling signal. |
Pink LED on | Update process started. Click any thermostat button to turn on backlight. |

App Setup and Pairing
Installation of Thermostat in the App
Ensure your router is within range of your smartphone and you are connected to the Internet. Use only a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network ?.
STEP 1 - Download ENGO SMART APP
Download and install the ENGO Smart app from Google Play or the Apple App Store on your smartphone.
STEP 2 - Register a New Account
- Click "Register" to create a new account.
- Enter your email address to receive a verification code (valid for 60 seconds).
- Set your login password.
STEP 3 - Connect the Thermostat to Wi-Fi
After installing the app and creating an account:
- On your mobile device, grant ENGO Smart app permissions (Location, Bluetooth, Nearby devices). Turn on Bluetooth and Location. Connect to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network you want the device to use ?.
- Select the Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
- Wait for the app to configure the thermostat with the selected Wi-Fi network.
- Connect the receiver to the power supply. The red LED will flash, indicating readiness for app addition. If not flashing, proceed to next steps.
- Go to "Add Device" in the app.
- After finding the thermostat, select "Add".
- The thermostat will display the main interface.
- Press and hold the - & + buttons for approximately 5 seconds until "PA" appears, then release. This starts pairing mode.
- The thermostat counts down (e.g., 180s).
- A globe icon ? will appear on the LCD.
- When the blue LED on the receiver lights up, the device is correctly added and connected to the Internet.
Pairing Process with the Receiver
PLEASE NOTE! THERMOSTAT IS ALREADY PAIRED WITH THE RECEIVER!
- To re-pair the receiver and thermostat, disconnect the receiver from power. Ensure its switches are ON and AUTO. Reconnect power.
- Quickly move the left switch to OFF and back to ON. The orange LED will blink, confirming pairing mode.
- Press and hold the - & + buttons on the thermostat for approximately 5 seconds until "SY" appears, then release.
- The thermostat sends a signal to find the receiver, starting a countdown (e.g., 300 seconds).
- When the orange LED stops blinking, devices are paired.
- The thermostat displays "End" and the main screen with the "((❤))" icon.
Troubleshooting Pairing
PLEASE NOTE! If devices remain unpaired after 10 minutes (no antenna icon ?, receiver unresponsive), repeat the pairing process, considering distances, obstacles, and interference.

Factory Reset ?
To reset the thermostat to factory settings, hold down the −
and +
buttons until the "FA" message appears. Release the keys. The thermostat will restart with default factory settings and display the home screen. The device will be removed from the app and needs to be added again. Note: After reset, devices remain paired.
