Samsung.com Promotion Regulations: "Promotion on Samsung Products with Gamified Promo Code"

§ 1 Definitions

1. Promotion - Premium sales of selected products conducted on the terms and conditions described in these Regulations during the period from 28.07.2025 to 10.08.2025, until 23:59:59.

2. Promo Code - An individual, single-use promotional code obtained by playing a game at https://www.samsung.com/pl/offer/summer/, valid until 10.08.2025, granting the right to use the Promotion under the conditions specified in these Regulations.

3. Organizer/Samsung - Samsung Electronics Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000128080, share capital PLN 52,759,500, NIP 526-10-44-039, REGON 011612810.

4. Samsung Store - Samsung Store - an IT platform available via the website www.samsung.com/pl/ administered by Samsung, enabling users to view Products, including their prices and availability, and to place orders and conclude sales agreements for Products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online Samsung Store: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulamin-internetowego-sklepu-samsung/.

5. Product - All Samsung brand products offered for sale by the Organizer in the Samsung Store operated by the Organizer, introduced into circulation in the Republic of Poland by Samsung. Product availability and delivery times depend on the Organizer's current offer in the Samsung Store.

6. Participant - A natural person with legal capacity, who has read and accepted the provisions of these Regulations and met all the conditions specified therein. Individuals conducting sole proprietorship business activity may also participate in the Promotion.

7. Website - The website at the address: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/, where information about the Promotion, including these Regulations, is published.

8. Business Day - Any day of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

§ 2 General Provisions

1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define: the conditions for participation in the Promotion, the duration of the Promotion, the method of informing about the Promotion and its conditions, and the procedure for submitting complaints related to the Promotion.

2. The Promotion is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland during the period: from 28.07.2025 to 10.08.2025, until 23:59:59.

3. Participation of Clients in the Promotion is voluntary. Anyone who participated in the Promotion has the full right to withdraw from participation at their own discretion and without incurring any costs.

4. Products purchased under the Promotion are intended solely for the private use of Participants acting as consumers within the meaning of the Civil Code or for the private use of entrepreneurs conducting business activities not related to trade (in particular, goods sales) and may not be resold for commercial or profit purposes.

5. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts the provisions of these Regulations. Therefore, they cannot invoke ignorance of it or lack of acceptance of its terms.

6. The Regulations will be available for viewing on the Website throughout the duration of the Promotion. The Participant may save the content of the Regulations by downloading it from the Website.

§ 3 Participation Rules

1. Participation in the Promotion is open to Clients who, during the period from 28.07.2025 to 10.08.2025, 23:59:59, played the game available at https://www.samsung.com/pl/offer/summer/, and subsequently, after obtaining an individual Promo Code for completing the game, also purchased Products in the Samsung Store between 28.07.2025 and 10.08.2025 (order placement date – date and time of sending the order to the Samsung Store server) using the obtained Promo Code.

2. The purpose of the Promotion is to receive a benefit in the form of a basket value reduction of PLN 100 gross. After adding a Product or Products to the basket and entering the Promo Code in the appropriate field labeled "Promo Code", the Participant will receive the benefit in the form of a basket value reduction of PLN 100 gross.

3. The minimum basket value before applying the discount must be at least PLN 1000.

4. Within the Promotion, a Participant can use only one Promo Code obtained as part of the "Promotion on Samsung Products with Gamified Promo Code in Samsung.com Store" in a single order.

5. The Organizer does not provide for the possibility of exchanging the Product discount in the Promotion for its cash equivalent or other rewards.

6. The Promotion can be combined with other promotions organized by the Organizer activated by promo codes, unless otherwise indicated in the regulations of those other promotions.

7. If the price reductions made available to Participants in the Promotion are subject to a flat-rate income tax for natural persons, as referred to in Article 30(1)(2) of the Act of July 26, 1991, on Personal Income Tax, the benefits granted to Participants will be increased by an additional cash prize in the amount of 11.11% of the reduction value. The additional cash prize will not be paid out and will be withheld for the payment of the flat-rate tax, which will be remitted to the competent tax authority. Participants agree to such withholding.

§ 4 Complaints

1. The Participant has the right to submit a complaint.

2. Complaints related to the Promotion should be submitted to the Organizer.

3. A complaint must include:

1. Participant's first and last name;
2. Correspondence address or e-mail address for contact;
3. Description of the circumstances forming the basis of the complaint.

4. Complaints should be sent within two weeks of the end of the Promotion:

1. in writing to the address: Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o. - ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw; or
2. by e-mail to the address: support_sepol@email.support.samsung.com with the subject line "Promotion on Samsung Products with Gamified Promo Code in Samsung.com Store";
3. via the complaint form available on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/complaints/

5. Submitted complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 Business Days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Interested parties will be notified of the manner of complaint resolution in the form corresponding to how the complaint was submitted, immediately after its resolution.

6. The time limit for submitting a complaint, as provided for in the Regulations, does not exclude or limit the rights of the Participant under the law, in particular the provisions on the statute of limitations for claims.

7. The complaint procedure does not exclude or limit the Participant's right to pursue their rights before common courts.

8. Any technical problems related to the proper functioning of the Samsung Store can be reported via the form https://www.samsung.com/pl/contact-us/ or by calling the Call Center at +48 22 4600-500.

§ 5 Personal Data Protection

1. Information on the processing of personal data of the Participant by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion is Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations.

2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data by the Organizer can be found in the Privacy Policy available at: https://www.samsung.com/pl/info/privacy.

§ 6 Final Provisions

1. Contact with the Organizer is made through the contact form on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/contact-us/

2. In all matters not regulated by these Regulations, the Organizer shall make the decision.

3. The Regulations are available on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/

4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations in connection with and in the event of the occurrence of at least one of the following important reasons (collectively):

• a. introduction of new or amendment of existing generally applicable legal provisions, if it directly affects the content of the Regulations and necessitates its amendment;
• b. change or emergence of new interpretations of generally applicable legal provisions as a result of court judgments or decisions of public authorities or administration bodies directly affecting the provisions of these Regulations and necessitating their amendment;
• c. an ordinance, decision, recommendation or recommendation of an authorized public authority, relating to the Regulations and resulting in the necessity of adapting them to such ordinance, decision, recommendation or recommendation;
• d. adaptation of the Regulations to market conditions related to technological and IT progress, influencing the provisions of these Regulations;
• e. change of company data, tele-address or URL addresses included in the text of the Regulations;
• f. the need to introduce other changes than those mentioned above, provided that they meet the following conditions: i) they are in accordance with the law (including, in particular, they do not infringe individual or collective consumer interests); ii) they are beneficial for current and potential Participants; iii) their introduction is necessary for the proper implementation of the Promotion in a manner that is beneficial for current and potential Participants.

5. No change to the Regulations may negatively affect the rights previously acquired by Participants.

6. The Participant will be informed about the change of the Regulations with a three-day notice by posting a relevant announcement on the website: https://www.samsung.com/pl/shop-faq/service-and-warranty/regulaminy-promocji/ directing to the list of changes to the Regulations. Participants who do not accept the provisions of the new Regulations may withdraw from participation in the Promotion.

7. Information about the change of the Regulations will be maintained for the duration of the Promotion and for at least 7 days after its termination.

8. The Organizer recommends that Participants regularly check their email inbox and is not responsible for Participants not receiving emails sent to them in connection with the Promotion (related to Samsung's response to a complaint submitted via email), or for failure to regularly update data resulting from the Participant providing incorrect personal data, including verification of or anti-spam tools and settings used by the Participant. In the case of using anti-spam tools and settings, the Participant is obliged to regularly check whether messages from the Organizer have not ended up in the spam folder.

9. The following appendices to the Regulations constitute an integral part thereof:

• 1) Appendix No. 1 – Information on the processing of Participant's personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion.

Appendix No. 1

Information on the processing of Participant's personal data by the Organizer in connection with participation in the Promotion.

1. The administrator of the Participant's personal data is the Organizer of the Promotion, which is Samsung Electronics Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw).

2. Participants' personal data are processed for the purpose of:

• 2.1. conducting the Promotion (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• 2.2. handling complaints (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• 2.3. for purposes related to the fulfillment of the Organizer's legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (the basis for processing is the necessity of data for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator – art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• 2.4. for the purpose of defense against potential claims or for the purpose of pursuing potential claims (the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator – art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. In connection with the processing of the Participant's personal data for the purposes indicated in point 2, personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

• 3.1. entities from the Samsung capital group,
• 3.2. entities supporting the Organizer in its business processes, including entities processing personal data on behalf of the Organizer (so-called data processors), and Samsung business partners, e.g. entities providing accounting and bookkeeping services, entities providing IT services to the Organizer, and transport companies,
• 3.3. public administration bodies and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public administration bodies, to the extent and for the purposes resulting from legal provisions.

4. Samsung will store Participants' personal data for the duration of the Promotion and for the period necessary to fulfill the Organizer's legal obligations. The period of storage of Participants' personal data may be extended each time by the statute of limitations for claims.

5. Participants have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, and to object to the processing of data due to their particular situation. Samsung ensures the exercise of the above rights to the extent resulting from Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. The Participant can submit a request to exercise the rights mentioned above by filling out the form available at www.samsung.com/pl/ (https://www.europe-samsung.com/gdpr/webform/pl), in accordance with the instructions available on the website.

6. In cases justified by the corporate requirements of the Samsung group, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we guarantee that a similar level of protection for your data in the third country is ensured by introducing one of the following safeguards:

• 6.1. transfer of personal data to countries that the European Commission has recognized as ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection;
• 6.2. we use appropriate contracts approved by the European Commission or rely on binding corporate rules that guarantee the security of the Participant's personal data.

7. As part of exercising the Participant's rights, the Organizer also provides the possibility of obtaining a copy of the relevant safeguards for personal data in the case of transfer to third countries.

8. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. Personal data are provided by Participants voluntarily, but providing the data is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
