Functions and Controls
The inspection camera unit features several controls and ports:
- 1. Cable Port: Connects the probe cable.
- 2. Camera Light Button: Adjusts the brightness of the camera's LED lights.
- 3. Snap Button: Press to take a photo or start/end video recording. Hold to switch between camera views (for dual/triple lens models).
- 4. Mode Button: Cycles through Photo, Video Recording, and Album modes.
- 5. UP Button: Navigates upwards in menus.
- 6. Setting Button: Press to enter/exit the settings menu. Hold to turn WiFi on/off.
- 7. OK Button: Confirms selections or freezes the screen.
- 8. Down/Rotate Button: Navigates downwards or rotates the screen view.
- 9. Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device on or off.
- 10. Type-C Charging Port: For charging the device.
- 11. TF Card Slot: For inserting a micro-SD card.
Additional components:
- 12. Speaker: Outputs audio.
- 13. LED flashlight: Provides illumination.
- 14. 1/4" Screw hole for metal stand: For attaching a tripod or stand.
- 15. LED flashlight button: Controls the LED flashlight.
- 16. Microphone: Captures audio.
- 17. Reset button: Resets the device if it crashes.
- 18. Metal stand: Provides stability for the device.
Using Your Inspection Camera
Initial Setup
- Remove the plastic screen cover before using the device.
- Connect the camera probe cable firmly to the monitor unit to ensure a clear image.
Powering On/Off
Press and hold the Power Button [⚡] to turn the device on or off.
TF Card Insertion
The device is equipped with a TF memory card slot. Ensure a TF card is inserted before use.
- Power on the device before inserting the TF card.
- Ensure the TF card is oriented correctly when inserting it into the slot.
- Do not use excessive pressure when inserting or removing the TF card.
- Photos and videos can only be taken when a TF card is inserted.
- This device requires a Class 10 high-speed TF card for proper operation. Class 4 cards may not work correctly.
Power Button LED Indicators
- Device Running: Blue LED stays on [?].
- Charging (Device on): Red/Blue LED flashes [??].
- Charging (Device off): Red LED stays on [?].
Modes and Settings
Press the [M] button to cycle through three modes: Photo Taking [?], Video Recording [▶️], or Album [?️].
The TF card status (inserted/no card) is displayed on screen.
The date and time can be modified in the Settings menu.
Switching Between Photo and Video Recording
- To take a photo: Press [M] to select "Photo Take" mode, then press [?] to capture the photo.
- To record video: Press [M] to select "Video Recording" mode, then press [▶️] to start recording.
In any mode, press the [⚙️] button twice to enter the system settings menu. Use the [▲] and [▼] buttons to select options and the [OK] button to save changes.
The system supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Japanese. English is the default language.
Switching Camera View (Dual/Triple Lens Models)
Hold the Photo button to switch the view between the Front Camera and Side Camera.
WiFi Connection for Phone/Pad/Tablet Display
- Scan the QR code with your phone and download the "Smart Endoscope" app.
- Enable the device's WiFi in the settings menu.
- Connect your phone's WiFi to the device's WiFi network (the host's WiFi indicator will blink).
- Start displaying the image on your phone/pad/tablet by opening the app.
- Click the [+] button within the app to set up the device and begin using it with your smartphone.
- Run the app to view the camera feed.
Note: Photo/Video recording via WiFi mode is supported only on your Phone/PAD/Tablet, not on the endoscope device itself.
To remove ads in the app, scan the QR code or enter the activation code printed on the card.
File Transfer, Charging, and Troubleshooting
Transferring Photo/Video Files to Computer
- Use a TF card reader to transfer data directly to your computer.
- Connect your computer to the device using a Type-C USB cable to transfer files.
Important: Pull out the probe camera first before using the USB cable.
Charging the Device
Please use a USB wall charger that supports PD fast charging and the appropriate USB Type-C cable to charge your device.
Troubleshooting
If the device crashes, press the Reset button [⚙️] to restore it.
