The handle contains additional buttons and ports. Key buttons include: Mode: Press the 'M' button to switch the three modes: Photo taking, Video recording, Album. The screen displays TF card status (inserted/no card) and Battery Status. Date and time: modify the date and time in the Settings menu. Press 'M' to switch to "take photo" mode, and press the 'OK' button to take a photo. Press 'M' to switch to "video recording" mode, and press 'OK' to start recording. In any mode, press the 'OK' button twice to enter the system settings menu. Click the arrow buttons to select and the 'OK' button to save changes. The default language is English, and the system supports English, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Japanese. Hold the photo button to switch the view of the Front Camera/Side Camera. Note: Photo Taking/Video Recording are only supported by your Phone/PAD/Tablet (not available for the endoscope device) in the WiFi mode. Scan the QR code or enter the activation code printed on the card to remove ads in the app. To transfer files to your computer: ▲ Pull out probe camera first before using USB cable. For charging your device, please use a USB wall charger that supports PD fast charging and the appropriate cable. If the device crashes, please press the reset button to restore it. Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling advice. Symptoms Diagnostic Methods The Image Is Blurry 1. Check if the lens is dirty or has stains. If so, gently clean it with a soft, damp cloth.
2. Ensure the distance between the lens and the subject is at least 3 cm for a clearer image.Cannot Take Photos Or Record Videos Try replacing the TF card. A faulty TF card may prevent the camera from responding or saving photos and videos. Lens Cannot Bend Or Bends At A Small Angle If the cable is tightly coiled, it may restrict lens movement. Try straightening the cable or arranging it in a U-shape. Unable To Charge The charging port may be dirty. Clean it with a soft brush and try again. The charging cable might be faulty.
