The purpose of this Quick Guide is to help users understand the operation of the TENS unit quickly. This guide is not a substitute for the user manual. Users should read the full user manual carefully before use to understand contraindications and warnings. Consult a doctor before use if unsure about device suitability.
Note: Do not use the device while charging.
Clean and dry application areas: Prepare the skin by ensuring it is clean and dry. This is depicted by an illustration of a person cleaning their arm and leg.
Connect lead wire to pads and device: Attach the lead wire to a pair of pads and then connect it to the TENS unit. Ensure the unit is off during this step. This is shown with an illustration of a lead wire connecting two pads and then plugging into the device.
Attach pads to skin firmly: Apply the electrode pads securely to the skin. An illustration shows a hand pressing pads onto a body part.
Turn on the device: Press the power button on the device to turn it on. An illustration shows a finger pressing the power button on the side of the device.
Choose the connected channel A1/A2 or B1/B2: Select the desired channel for therapy. An illustration of the device screen shows channel selection options (A1/A2 or B1/B2) highlighted.
Select a mode: Choose a therapy mode from the available options. An illustration of the device screen shows various mode icons (e.g., massage, acupuncture, cupping, scraping, combination) and a selected mode.
Adjust intensity: Increase or decrease the intensity of the stimulation using the +/- buttons. An illustration shows a finger pressing the intensity increase button on the device screen.
Set time: Use the 'T' button to set the duration of the therapy session. An illustration shows a finger pressing the time button on the device screen.
Long press to lock/unlock the screen: Press and hold the lock button to prevent accidental changes to settings. An illustration shows a finger pressing the lock button on the side of the device.
Turn off the device after massage: Power off the unit once the session is complete. An illustration shows a finger pressing the power button on the side of the device.
Remove the pads (do not pull the wire): Carefully peel off the electrode pads from the skin without pulling the wires. An illustration shows the correct method (peeling from the pad edge with a checkmark) and an incorrect method (pulling the wire with an X mark).

TENS is a non-invasive, drug-free method of pain control. It uses tiny electrical impulses sent through the skin to nerves to modify pain perception. TENS is used for temporary relief of pain associated with sore and aching muscles in the shoulder, waist, back, neck, upper extremities (arm), and lower extremities (leg) due to strain from exercise or normal household work activities.
EMS stimulates the muscles rather than the nerve cells. EMS stimulates motor nerves, which induces muscle contractions, mimicking natural muscle contraction during a workout. It forces muscles to rapidly contract and relax.
The AUVON TENS & EMS device features a compact design with a screen and various buttons for operation. The top of the device has four output connectors. The front screen displays information such as time, mode, and intensity levels. The side of the device includes power and lock buttons, and a USB port at the bottom.
Clean and dry the application area: Ensure the skin is clean, dry, hairless, and free of oil or sweat to maintain pad adhesion. Do not attach electrode pads to hairy or broken skin.
Take out pads from sealed packaging: Remove pads from their sealed packaging and keep the packaging for future storage.
Connect electrode pads to lead wire and device: Connect one pair of electrode pads to one lead wire, then plug the other end of the wire into the A1/A2 or B1/B2 output of the device.
Attach pads to skin: Grab a corner of the electrode pad, peel it off the protective film without pulling the wire directly. Attach one pair of electrode pads to the massage area and press the edges firmly for full contact. For additional relief, use the second port with two additional pads for other pain areas. (Make sure the unit is off when attaching the pads.) Each lead wire needs to be connected to a pair of pads (2 pads) for proper function.
Turn on the device: Press the power button for 1-2 seconds.
Channel Option: Press the center button. "A" will flash to indicate A1 and A2 are selected, while "B" will flash to indicate B1 and B2 are selected.
Mode Option: Press the "M" button to choose different modes for channel A1/A2 or channel B1/B2. NOTE: The intensity of the channel will revert to the lowest setting with each mode selection.
Intensity Option: To increase or decrease intensity, press the "+/-" button for the selected channel. For initial use, set intensity between 1-3. If intensity feels weak after 1-2 minutes, gradually increase it to a comfortable setting.
Time Option: Use the "T" button to set massage time from 10-90 minutes. The device will automatically turn off when the set time is complete. NOTE: It is recommended that each area should not use this device for more than 30 minutes at a time. Stop using it if the pain is relieved.

The pads holder is made of high-quality ABS material for safe use. It is widely compatible with pads of different sizes. The salient points on the holder are designed to lessen damage to the pads.
Step 1: Stick the electrode pads on the holder to avoid getting dust. An illustration shows a hand placing an electrode pad onto the holder.
Step 2: Wind the thread around the holder for easy use. An illustration shows a hand winding the lead wire around the holder with the pads attached.

The device does not turn on. | Low battery. | Charge the battery; a full charge may take 2-3 hours. |
The device is charging. | Unplug the charging cable and then turn it on again.
The power button fails. | Try pressing the power button for 3 seconds again to restart. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service.
Can't adjust the intensity/mode/time. | Adjust the intensity for the wrong channel. | To adjust intensity for channel A/B, ensure the "A/B" icon is selected and blinking (press the center button ⊙ to select the A/B channel). |
The screen is locked. | If a lock icon ? is on the top right side of the screen, long press the key button ⏻ on the right side of the device for 2-3 seconds to unlock it.
The skin turns red or the skin feels irritated. | Excessive usage time or the intensity is too high. | Reduce the application time or decrease the intensity. |
The electrode pad surface is worn out. | If the pad has gel melting, gel damage, loss of stickiness, or deformation, do not use it and promptly replace it. |
