Trillium^™ Locks

Trillium RFID locks feature a one-piece design with a wide variety of lever and finish options to complement decor. RFID technology enables faster, more efficient guest movement and offers enhanced reliability compared to magstripe locks. Trillium locks provide the option to implement enhanced credential security by choosing MIFARE Plus^® technology.

ADVANCE Trillium^™ Locks

ADVANCE Trillium RFID locks feature a two-piece design, offering a wide variety of lever and finish options. Similar to Trillium, they enable faster guest movement, provide enhanced reliability, and support MIFARE Plus^® technology for secure RFID keycards.

Serene^™ Locks

Serene luxury locks utilize Bluetooth^® technology, allowing guests to unlock doors using a hotel-provided mobile app as they approach. Onity's DirectKey^™ system protects mobile key credentials with 128-bit AES encryption, adding a layer of security on top of features like user access permissions and audit trails. Serene lock firmware is upgradeable.

OnPortal^™ System: Enterprise Lock Management

The OnPortal system is Onity's latest lock management software, offering a scalable solution with roving check-in and full access management. Designed based on front-desk agent feedback, it delivers optimal efficiency, flexibility, and guest satisfaction.

Check-in flexibility: Supports various options like physical keycards and mobile keys, front desk and roving check-in, and IP encoders. It helps staff engage guests better with features like VIP reception areas.
Consistent performance: Easy setup, use, and maintenance with software-based functionality. Allows upgrading legacy hardware on a flexible timeline and integrates directly with Onity's DirectKey mobile access system.
Convenient scalability: The system grows with properties of any size or complexity, supporting full lock management for common areas to back-of-house operations.

IP Hub

The IP hub enables flexible configurations for fixed and ad-hoc check-in. Staff can create and manage both mobile and physical key credentials. It includes:

OnPortal Hardware Kit

The OnPortal hardware kit is designed for efficiency and flexibility for midscale, economy, and independent properties. This plug-and-play system comes ready to use, is easy to set up, use, and maintain. The kit conveniently includes a computer, tablet, and touchscreen, pre-loaded with the OnPortal system. It is scalable for multiple stations and includes everything needed to manage an Onity lock system.

The hardware kit includes:

A high-quality mini PC
Foldable laptop/tablet (can be used as an Engineering workstation)
Touchscreen monitor with a heavy-duty stand
Encoder
Ethernet switch
Portable programmer adapter
All required cables

The kit comes with Windows 10 and the OnPortal system pre-installed and configured. It offers direct integration with Onity's DirectKey mobile access system, allowing guests to use their smartphone as their room key remotely or onsite. OnPortal system training is available at an additional cost.

OnPortal System Software Overview

The OnPortal system software manages Onity locks and access control devices for a property. It creates and manages both mobile and physical key credentials. The system interfaces with the hotel property management system to encode physical and DirectKey credentials. OnPortal works with multiple RFID encoders for full flexibility.

DirectKey^™ Technology: Mobile Access Solution

The Onity DirectKey system is a mobile access solution designed to enhance guest engagement, efficiency, and growth. It works alongside Onity Trillium locks, most legacy Onity locking systems, and the OnPortal locking system, improving guest interaction with properties.

Investment protection: Offers cost and time savings with a cloud-hosted solution and preserves hardware investment by being easy to retrofit to existing magnetic and RFID locks, or by choosing DirectKey ready locks.

Operational efficiencies: Allows tracking of room entry, battery status, and other diagnostics. Locks transmit data such as guest first entry, subsequent entries, staff entry, and diagnostics (e.g., battery status)³.

ADVANCE Mag to Trillium RFID: Upgrade magnetic locks to RFID technology.
Enhanced Security Option: Upgrade at any time from MIFARE Classic^® to MIFARE Plus^® mode on Trillium RFID locks.
