Masterkeying software offers management flexibility, allowing control over user access by shift or day. Lost master keycards can be electronically cancelled, and multiple levels of encryption ensure security.

• Magstripe: Cost-effective, re-encodable, works with standard ISO/ABA cards, and features a dent for visually impaired users.

• Contactless RFID: Intuitive and user-friendly, requiring no card insertion. Supports multiple key formats (keycard, sticker, bracelet) and offers high-tech integration. Compatible with MIFARE® Classic/EV1, Plus, Ultralight, and Ultralight C technologies, as well as NFC and Bluetooth® for mobile key functionality.

Advanced Technologies in Contactless RFID: Onity supports MIFARE® Plus technology for enhanced credential security and offers modes that allow switching between MIFARE Classic and Plus, accommodating future technology changes.

OnPortal™ Lock Management System

OnPortal is Onity's scalable lock management software designed for optimal efficiency, flexibility, and guest satisfaction. It supports roving check-in, full access management, and integrates with hotel PMS systems. Features include check-in flexibility with physical and mobile keys, consistent performance through software-based functionality, and convenient scalability for properties of any size. Onity offers compact encoders (RFID and Motorized) that work seamlessly with the OnPortal system.

DirectKey™ Mobile Key Solution

DirectKey is a cost-effective mobile-key solution utilizing cloud-based key credentialing and Bluetooth® technology. It allows guests to securely download their room key to their smartphone, bypassing reception for quick access. Key credentials remain on the phone, eliminating the need for a network connection during the stay. This solution supports loyalty app integration and third-party partnering. Advantages include no front desk queuing, convenient access, enhanced guest experience, and operational efficiency for hotels.

Electronic Cylinders

Onity RFID electronic cylinders (e-CylinderMAX, e-Cylinder AutoMAX) provide convenience and high security for guestroom and staff doors, especially for refurbishment projects. They are user-friendly, compatible with MIFARE® RFID cards, IP67 rated, and offer advanced encryption. Installation is quick and requires no additional door modifications. Handles and knobs are available, some with SecuSan® antimicrobial properties.

Bathroom and Passage Locks

These locks are designed as ideal complements to Onity electronic locks, sharing similar handle models and finishes. The bathroom lock includes a convenient push-only privacy button and panic function for ease of use and security.

Electronic Locks for Lockers

The OniLocker RFID Contactless Electronic Lock provides high security and convenience for lockers in various environments like spas, golf clubs, ski resorts, and sports complexes. It works with MIFARE® RFID technology and is compatible with Onity's electronic lock range. An optional InfoTerminal can display user details.

Energy Management

Onity's Smart Energy Management solutions, including the OniSwitch and Intellity ranges, improve both bottom line and guest comfort. These devices activate lights and appliances upon keycard insertion, differentiating guest and master cards. They offer timed courtesy lights, easy location LEDs, and wall surface installation.
