Options

Credentials

With RFID locks, properties can choose from a variety of access credentials, including keycards, key fobs, wristbands, and mobile devices.

Levers

Available lever styles include Toledo, Granada, Jerez, Barcelona, Sevilla, and Wing. The Wing lever is designed for ADVANCE two-piece locks and cannot be used on one-piece locks.

Finishes

Available finishes include Satin Chrome, Polished Chrome, Satin Brass, Polished Brass, Antique Brass, Satin Nickel, Dark Bronze, and Matte Black.

Featuring a one-piece design, Trillium RFID locks offer a wide variety of levers and finish options to complement any decor. These locks enable guests to move faster and more efficiently, providing an additional level of reliability compared to magstripe locks. Trillium locks also offer the option to implement enhanced credential security for RFID keycards by choosing MIFARE Plus® technology.

With a two-piece design, Trillium ADVANCE RFID locks provide a wide variety of levers and finish options to complement any decor. These RFID locks enable guests to move faster and more efficiently, and offer an additional level of reliability compared to magstripe locks. Trillium ADVANCE locks provide the option to implement enhanced credential security for RFID keycards by choosing MIFARE Plus® technology.

Serene Locks

Serene™ Luxury Locks

Serene locks utilize Bluetooth® technology to remain in a ready state, allowing guests to use a hotel-provided mobile app to unlock doors as they approach. Onity's DirectKey system protects mobile key credentials using 128-bit AES encryption, adding an additional layer of security on top of existing locking system features like user access permissions and audit trails. Serene lock firmware can be upgraded via a firmware utility to optimize performance and add new features.

OnPortal™ System: Enterprise Lock Management

The OnPortal system is Onity's latest lock management software, offering a scalable solution with roving check-in and full access management. Developed based on research and feedback from front-desk agents, the OnPortal system is designed to deliver optimal efficiency, flexibility, and guest satisfaction.

The OnPortal Hardware Kit

The OnPortal hardware kit is designed for efficiency and flexibility for midscale, economy, and independent properties. This new hardware kit is a plug-and-play, out-of-box system delivered ready to go, easy to set up, use, and maintain.

The hardware kit conveniently includes a computer, tablet, and touchscreen, pre-loaded with the OnPortal system. Scalable for multiple stations, it includes everything needed to manage an Onity lock system. The hardware kit comes with:

A high-quality mini PC, foldable laptop/tablet (usable as an Engineering workstation), touchscreen monitor with a heavy-duty stand, encoder, ethernet switch, portable programmer, and all required cables.
Windows 10 and the OnPortal system pre-installed and configured.
Direct integration with Onity's DirectKey mobile access system, allowing guests to use their smartphone as their room key remotely or onsite.
OnPortal system training is available at an additional cost.

OnPortal System Software Manages Onity Locks and Access Control Devices

The OnPortal system creates and manages both mobile and physical key credentials. It offers check-in flexibility with a variety of options to match hotel operations, and interfaces with the hotel property management system to encode physical and DirectKey credentials.
