Trillium Locks

Trillium® RFID Locks

Featuring a one-piece design, Trillium RFID locks offer a wide variety of levers and finishes to complement your decor. RFID locks enable faster, more efficient guest movement and offer enhanced reliability compared to magstripe locks. Trillium locks can implement enhanced credential security for RFID keycards by choosing MIFARE Plus® technology.

Trillium ADVANCE Locks

With a two-piece design, Trillium ADVANCE RFID locks also offer a wide variety of levers and finishes. They provide faster, more efficient guest movement and improved reliability. Enhanced credential security is available via MIFARE Plus® technology.

Serene™ Luxury Locks

Serene locks utilize Bluetooth® technology, allowing guests to use a hotel-provided mobile app to unlock doors as they approach. Onity's DirectKey system secures mobile key credentials with 128-bit AES encryption, adding a layer of security to features like user access permissions and audit trails. Serene lock firmware can be upgraded to optimize performance and add new features.

OnPortal™ System: Enterprise Lock Management

The OnPortal system is Onity's latest lock management software, offering a scalable solution with roving check-in and full access management. Developed from front-desk agent feedback, it's designed for optimal efficiency, flexibility, and guest satisfaction.

Onity's compact RFID encoder works seamlessly with the OnPortal system. Features include:

Connection via USB port or optional IP to USB hub.

IP Hub

The IP hub enables flexible configurations for fixed and ad-hoc check-in, allowing staff to create and manage both mobile and physical key credentials.

OnPortal Hardware Kit

The OnPortal hardware kit is designed for efficiency and flexibility for midscale, economy, and independent properties. It is a plug-and-play, out-of-box system, easy to set up, use, and maintain.

The kit includes a computer, tablet, and touchscreen, pre-loaded with the OnPortal system. It is scalable for multiple stations and contains everything needed to manage an Onity lock system. The hardware kit includes:

A high-quality mini PC, foldable laptop/tablet (usable as an Engineering workstation).
Touchscreen monitor with a heavy-duty stand.
Encoder, ethernet switch, portable programmer, and all required cables.
Windows 10 and the OnPortal system pre-installed and configured.
Direct integration with Onity's DirectKey mobile access system, allowing guests to use their smartphone as their room key (remote or onsite).

OnPortal system training is available at an additional cost.

OnPortal System Overview

The OnPortal system software manages Onity locks and access control devices for a property. It creates and manages both mobile and physical key credentials. The system offers check-in flexibility with various options to match hotel operations. It interfaces with the hotel property management system to encode physical and DirectKey credentials and works with multiple RFID encoders for full flexibility.

DirectKey Technology: Mobile Access Solution

The Onity DirectKey system is a mobile access solution that enhances guest experience, engagement, efficiency, and growth. It works alongside Onity Trillium locks, legacy Onity locking systems, and the OnPortal locking system to better support guest interactions.

Pick Your Path to Upgrade

Trillium locks offer an easy upgrade path for existing Onity HT and ADVANCE series locks, requiring no new door cuts or repainting. Options include updating aesthetics with new Trillium styles (one- or two-piece designs) or upgrading magnetic locks to RFID technology. An enhanced security option allows upgrading from MIFARE Classic® to MIFARE Plus® mode on Trillium RFID locks.

Onity in-room safes are ideal for hotels needing reliable, secure storage for laptops, tablets, purses, and other valuables. They feature two solid-steel, anti-drill rotating bolts for mounting, low battery warning, and audit tracking.
