Bialetti Loyalty Program: "Club dell'Omino - A World of Benefits for the Bialetti Community"
This document outlines the terms and conditions for point accrual and voucher redemption for the new loyalty initiative, "Il Club dell'Omino - Un mondo di vantaggi per la Community Bialetti" (hereinafter the "Loyalty"), promoted by Bialetti Store S.r.l. a s.u. This program is part of the "Bialetti, un mondo di vantaggi" (Bialetti, a world of benefits) loyalty program and will run from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
1. Point Accrual
Every purchase of products from the assortment at participating Bialetti stores located within Italian territory (hereinafter "Participating Monobrand Stores") allows the Bialetti Card holder (hereinafter the "Holder") to accrue points on their card. For every euro spent on products in the assortment at Participating Monobrand Stores, 1 point will be credited. Upon the launch of the new Loyalty program, the Holder's point balance from the period prior to July 1, 2025, will be reset to zero.
Points can be collected and redeemed between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Any unused points by the Holder at the end of this period will be forfeited, and the Holder will have no claim in this regard. Holders can check their updated point balance by presenting their card at any Participating Monobrand Store. If purchased products are subsequently returned, previously collected points will be cancelled and deducted from the balance at the time of the return.
Points accumulated cannot be converted into cash. Bialetti reserves the right to award additional bonus points during the Loyalty period, with prior notification to the Holder regarding the method of award.
2. Discount Vouchers and Redemption
The Loyalty program allows the Holder to earn a discount voucher for use at Participating Monobrand Stores upon reaching specific accumulated point thresholds:
- 50 Points: Entitles the Holder to a €5 (five euro) discount voucher, applicable to a subsequent purchase of at least €25 (twenty-five euro).
- 150 Points: Entitles the Holder to a €15 (fifteen euro) discount voucher, applicable to a subsequent purchase of at least €40 (forty euro).
- 250 Points: Entitles the Holder to a €25 (twenty-five euro) discount voucher, applicable to a subsequent purchase of at least €50 (fifty euro).
Points must be accumulated before the transaction in which the Holder wishes to use the discount voucher. Redemption is not possible on the same transaction in which points are awarded. When a discount voucher is used, the points that earned the voucher will be deducted from the Holder's balance. The discount voucher is non-refundable, in whole or in part, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each discount voucher is valid for a single purchase, which may include multiple products, but must be associated with a single receipt.
Discount vouchers cannot be combined with each other, but they can be combined with other ongoing initiatives at Participating Monobrand Stores, unless otherwise specified, with the exception of promotional initiatives related to the sale of coffee or other food products.

3. Modification or Cancellation of the Loyalty Program
Bialetti may modify or cancel the Loyalty program at any time by providing prior notification to the Holder through communications at Participating Monobrand Stores, via the internet, or by email. In such cases, Bialetti will promptly adjust the redemption conditions for accumulated points.
