Bialetti Loyalty Program Regulations
These regulations outline the terms and conditions for joining the "Bialetti, a world of advantages" loyalty program (hereinafter the "Program"), promoted by Bialetti Store S.r.l. a s.u., with its registered office in Coccaglio (BS), Italy. The program aims to encourage the sale and awareness of products commercialized by Bialetti, allowing members to access services, discounts, and participate in special initiatives.
1. Membership Conditions
To join the Program and benefit from its advantages, it is necessary to accept these regulations and request the issuance of the "Bialetti Card" (hereinafter the "Card"). This can be done directly at Bialetti-managed points of sale located within Italian territory (hereinafter the "Participating Monobrand Stores").
Card usage and program benefits are limited to product purchases made at Participating Monobrand Stores.
The Card is issued free of charge and is intended solely for adult individuals who are residents and/or domiciled in the Italian Republic (unless specific exceptions are explicitly authorized by Bialetti). Professionals holding a VAT number and legal entities cannot join the Program or request a Card.
To activate the Card, members must present a valid identification document and complete a membership form, which will be used to collect the applicant's personal data. Personal data will be collected and processed in full compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and subsequent amendments, as well as applicable international privacy regulations.
Upon completion, the applicant will receive their personal Card (or a barcode, depending on their membership status), which can be used immediately.
The Card is non-transferable and cannot be used by individuals other than the designated Cardholder. It also cannot be used for purposes other than participation in the Program. Bialetti reserves the right to revoke or cancel the Card in case of improper use or violation of these regulations, leading to the forfeiture of accumulated points/bonuses and exclusion from all Program initiatives. In such cases, the Cardholder cannot make any claims or assert any rights against Bialetti.
To utilize the benefits of the Program, the Card must be presented at the cash register before the sales receipt is issued. Otherwise, points will not be credited, and discounts cannot be applied.
2. Program Features
The methods for point accrual, eligible products, program duration, redemption mechanics, and other specific promotions will be communicated to the Cardholder by Bialetti through notices in Participating Monobrand Stores, via the internet, and/or email. These regulations are available for consultation at Participating Monobrand Stores or on the website https://www.bialetti.com/it_it/club-omino.
3. Card Theft or Loss
In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized removal of the Card, the Cardholder must promptly notify Bialetti through one of the Participating Monobrand Stores and request the blocking of the Card. The Card will be effectively blocked within 4 business days of the notification. Accumulated points will be recredited upon the issuance of a new Card, which will be provided to the Cardholder at a Participating Monobrand Store. If points were used to redeem rewards before the Card was effectively blocked, they cannot be recredited to the new Card. Bialetti will not be held responsible for points deducted before the notification of theft/loss.
4. Liability
Bialetti is not responsible for any damages caused to Cardholders due to errors and/or anomalies in the Program, regardless of the cause.
