Bialetti Loyalty Initiative 2025/2026: The Omino Club - A World of Benefits for the Bialetti Community

This document outlines the different types of Bialetti customers, assigning a status that corresponds to various benefits within the new loyalty initiative for 2025/26, named “Il Club dell'Omino - Un mondo di vantaggi per la Community Bialetti” (hereinafter the “Loyalty”). This program is promoted by Bialetti Store S.r.l. a s.u. and is part of the loyalty program called “Bialetti, un mondo di vantaggi” (hereinafter the “Program”). The contents of this document will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

1. TARGET AUDIENCE

The recipients of this Loyalty are:

• Existing Bialetti Card holders as of June 30, 2025 (hereinafter “Consolidated Customers”);
• Customers who, as of June 30, 2025, are not yet Bialetti Card holders and decide to join the Program between July 1, 2025, and June 30, 2026 (hereinafter “New Customers”).

Please note that further essential and/or relevant conditions for joining this Loyalty are available within the Loyalty Program Regulations (https://www.bialetti.com/it_it/club-omino).

Hereinafter, when referring to both groups collectively, they will be more simply referred to as “Cardholders”.

Consolidated Customers, being already enrolled in the Program, automatically participate in the Loyalty without needing any further registration. Conversely, New Customers must necessarily register for the Program to participate in the Loyalty.

It is specified that some of the benefits described in this document are conditional upon Bialetti receiving all of the Cardholder's data and/or written consent for marketing activities and/or profiled marketing. Failure to provide such consents may prevent the Cardholder from being informed and, in some cases, from accessing the benefits offered based on their membership status.

2. STATUSES AND RELATED BENEFITS

Cardholders are assigned a status (Bialetti Friend, Bialetti Lover, or Bialetti Ambassador) based on the number of accumulated points, which, depending on the type, allows them to enjoy specific benefits.

2.1 Bialetti Friend

A.1 A Cardholder acquires Friend status when their point balance is less than 150 (one hundred and fifty) and can benefit from the following advantages:

• Birthday Bonus
  7 (seven) days before their birthday, the Cardholder will be informed via email of their right to receive a complimentary product. This can be chosen from a bag of ground coffee, a box of coffee capsules compatible with Bialetti espresso coffee machines, or a set of 2 coffee cups. This must be collected within two weeks of receiving the email, by presenting the email itself, at participating Bialetti Monobrand Stores located within Italian territory (hereinafter the “Participating Monobrand Stores”).
  Additionally, the Cardholder is entitled to an extra 20% discount (twenty percent), to be used exclusively within two weeks of receiving the email informing them of this right. This discount can be applied by presenting the email at the Participating Monobrand Stores on the entire range of Bialetti products, excluding espresso machines.
  Furthermore, if the Cardholder, within two weeks of receiving the email and by presenting it, visits one of the Participating Monobrand Stores with a friend who is not a Bialetti Card holder, the friend – upon registering for the Program – will be entitled to an extra 15% discount (fifteen percent). This discount is applicable only to the purchase episode during which the registration takes place, on the entire range of Bialetti products, excluding espresso machines.
  It is specified that this initiative refers to the date of birth declared by the Cardholder at the time of registration for the Program.
  
• News and Promotions
  Dedicated news and promotions, which will be subsequently and discretionarily identified by Bialetti and communicated to the Cardholder via email, SMS, or any other suitable means.
• Early Access to Promotions
  Early access to any promotions and/or particularly favorable sales conditions offered during specific periods of the year.

Regarding points ii and iii of letter A.1, it is specified that Bialetti reserves the right to autonomously evaluate, from time to time, the new offers and promotions offered to each Cardholder.

A.2 A New Customer who meets the requirements for acquiring Bialetti Friend status will receive a barcode containing the 13-digit number of the “Bialetti Friend Card” assigned to them. This differs from a Consolidated Customer, whose existing Bialetti Card is not replaced, even though they are assigned Bialetti Friend status if they meet the requirements.

A.3 A New Customer who meets the requirements for acquiring only Bialetti Friend status (meaning they do not meet the requirements for Bialetti Lover or Bialetti Ambassador status) will receive an initial bonus of 15 points upon registering for the Program at a Participating Monobrand Store. These points will be credited to their “Bialetti Friend Card”.

2.2 Bialetti Lover

B.1 A Cardholder acquires Lover status when their point balance is at least 150 (one hundred and fifty). In addition to the benefits mentioned in letter A.1, the Cardholder can enjoy the following additional benefits:

• Welcome Kit
  The Cardholder receives a complimentary product of their choice: a bag of ground coffee, a box of coffee capsules for Bialetti espresso coffee machines, or a set of 2 coffee cups.
• Extra 10% Discount
  An extra 10% discount (ten percent) valid for the remaining duration of the Loyalty, applicable to the Bialetti range of cups, mugs, coffee accessories, and kitchen accessories.
• “Gift Box”
  The Cardholder is entitled to receive a complimentary “gift box” – understood as an empty box. This excludes pre-filled boxes containing products, such as, but not limited to, Christmas gift boxes. The gift box is provided upon a minimum purchase of 3 (three) Bialetti products of any type, even if identical. Purchasing 6 (six) products entitles the Cardholder to 2 (two) complimentary boxes, and so on.

B.2 All Cardholders who meet the requirements for acquiring Bialetti Lover status but not Bialetti Ambassador status will receive the “Bialetti Lover Card”.

2.3 Bialetti Ambassador

C.1 A Cardholder acquires Ambassador status when their point balance is at least 250 (two hundred and fifty). In addition to the benefits in letters A.1 and B.1 (ii and iii), the Cardholder can benefit from the following additional advantages:

• Free Shopper Bag
  A free shopper bag per single purchase.
• Complimentary Christmas Gift Box
  A complimentary Christmas gift box with a maximum value of €19.90, chosen from those available at Participating Monobrand Stores. This benefit is available only in November and December.

C.2 All Cardholders who meet the requirements for acquiring Bialetti Ambassador status will receive the “Bialetti Ambassador Card”.

C.3 A New Customer who, on the occasion of their first purchase at a Participating Monobrand Store, joins the Program and meets the requirements for acquiring Bialetti Ambassador status will receive a complimentary product of their choice: a jar/bag of ground coffee, a box of coffee capsules for Bialetti espresso coffee machines, or a set of 2 coffee cups.

C.4 A Consolidated Customer who, as of July 1, 2025, immediately acquires Bialetti Ambassador status, without this status being achieved through the intermediate steps of Bialetti Lover or Bialetti Friend, will receive a complimentary product of their choice: a jar/bag of ground coffee, a box of coffee capsules for Bialetti espresso coffee machines, or a set of 2 coffee cups.

3. CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING STARTING STATUS FOR CONSOLIDATED CUSTOMERS AND POINT BALANCES

Consolidated Customers who made purchases between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with a net value of €250.00 (two hundred and fifty/00) after returns, will automatically have their Ambassador status confirmed.

Consolidated Customers who did not make purchases between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with a net value of €250.00 (two hundred and fifty/00) after returns, will automatically be assigned Lover status.

Consolidated Customers who made purchases between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with a net value of at least €150.00 (one hundred and fifty/00) after returns, will automatically have their Lover status confirmed.

Consolidated Customers who did not make purchases between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with a net value of €150.00 (one hundred and fifty/00) after returns, will automatically be assigned Friend status. All Consolidated Friend customers will be automatically confirmed as Friend, regardless of the purchase volume generated between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.

It is specified that for all Cardholders, as of July 1, 2025, the point balance will be automatically reset.

4. STATUS MODIFICATIONS

As of July 1, 2025, and for the entire remaining duration of the Loyalty, once a Cardholder has acquired a certain status, it can only be improved and never downgraded. Therefore, if a Cardholder decides to redeem all or part of their accumulated points, even if the new point balance does not correspond to the minimum threshold of the previously acquired status, their status will not be negatively affected.
