Important Tips Before Use
- Remove power cords and small objects from the floor.
- Fold tasseled edges of rugs underneath to prevent tangling. Avoid cleaning high-pile rugs or rugs thicker than 1.02 in / 26 mm.
- Place physical barriers or set a “No-Go” zone via the eufy Clean app in front of fireplaces and certain areas (e.g., air vents) that may cause damage to RoboVac.
- Avoid vacuuming large amounts of water.
- Remove objects less than 0.75 in / 19 mm in height that RoboVac may climb on.
- Anti-drop sensors prevent RoboVac from tumbling down stairs. Ensure sensors are clean. Place physical barriers or set a “No-Go” zone to block off areas where RoboVac may fall.
Using Your RoboVac
Preparation
- Remove the foam blocks beside the bumper before use.
- Install the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base against a wall on a hard, level surface. Do not place it on carpets.
- Ensure there is 1.6 ft / 0.5 m clearance on the left and right sides, and 4.9 ft / 1.5 m clearance in front of the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base.
- Connect the power cord to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base and a wall outlet. The LED indicator on the base will be solid white when connected to AC power. Keep the base plugged in.
Charge Your RoboVac
- Ensure the power cord is connected to a power outlet.
- Recharge at least once every 6 months to preserve battery lifespan.
- RoboVac returns to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base automatically at the end of a cleaning cycle or when its battery is low.
- For T2276: RoboVac automatically empties the dust box when returning to the Self-Empty Station if cleaning lasted over 15 minutes. Ensure the dust bag is properly installed.
- Method 1: Attach RoboVac to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base by aligning its charging pins.
- Method 2: Press the button on the main unit or tap the icon in the eufy Clean app to send RoboVac to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base.
Auto Recharge and Resume
RoboVac automatically returns to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base to recharge when:
- Cleaning is finished.
- Cleaning is not complete and the battery level is low. RoboVac resumes cleaning after recharging to 80% battery capacity.
Note: Do not move the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base during cleaning. If RoboVac fails to return, manually attach it. If the base is moved, start cleaning from the new location.
Power On / Off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power RoboVac on or off.
Use Your RoboVac with the eufy Clean App
Download the eufy Clean app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account, tap the "+" icon to add RoboVac, and follow the in-app instructions to set up the Wi-Fi connection.
The app allows you to:
- Select cleaning at desired suction levels.
- Schedule cleaning.
- View the cleaning map.
- Set up “No-Go” zones.
- Check network connection status.
- Access additional features.
Wi-Fi Indicator Status:
- Slowly flashing blue: Waiting for connection.
- Rapidly flashing blue: Connecting with your wireless router.
- Solid blue: Connected with your wireless router.
Reset the Wi-Fi Connection
Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the power button simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear a voice prompt. The Wi-Fi status light will slowly flash blue, indicating the connection has been reset.
Schedule Cleaning
Use the eufy Clean app to schedule cleaning at specific times, customizing schedules from Sunday to Saturday.
Auto-Cleaning Mode
RoboVac automatically determines its cleaning route, cleaning edges first, then following a Z-shaped path. It returns to the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base upon completion.
Press the Auto cleaning button to start cleaning. Press again to pause.
Select a Cleaning Mode
Press the Auto cleaning button to start cleaning in Auto cleaning mode. Press the button again to pause.
Select a Suction Power Level
In the eufy Clean app, select suction power levels: Quiet, Standard (Default), Turbo, and Max.
Select BoostIQ™ Feature
Enable the BoostIQ™ feature in the eufy Clean app. RoboVac automatically increases suction power when stronger power is needed, ideal for thicker carpets and tough messes. This may reduce cleaning time but increase noise.
Use the Mopping System
- Peel off stickers and install the waterproof pad under the Self-Empty Station / Charging Base.
- Remove the water tank, fill it with water, and close the cover. Do not add cleaning formula.
- Install the water tank back into RoboVac.
- Remove the mopping cloth from the mopping module.
- Wet the mopping cloth, wring out excess water, and attach it firmly to the mopping module.
- Install the mopping module at the bottom of RoboVac until it clicks.
- Start cleaning. RoboVac will vacuum and mop. Adjust water levels via the eufy Clean app.
- After cleaning, remove the water tank, empty remaining water, and clean the mopping cloth.
Note: Do not install the mopping module when cleaning rugs or upholsteries to prevent RoboVac from getting stuck or dampening fabrics.
Use RoboVac with Amazon Alexa / The Google Assistant
Control RoboVac with your voice using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Ensure RoboVac is connected to the eufy Clean app and you have the respective smart home app installed and an account set up.
Follow the instructions in the eufy Clean app under "Smart Integrations" to complete the setup.
Set Up Virtual Wall (Available on the App Only)
Use the eufy Clean app to set up “No-Go Zones”, “No-Mop Zones”, or “Virtual Walls” as restricted areas. This feature is for dividing cleaning zones, not for isolating hazardous areas.
- No-Go Zone: RoboVac will not enter the zone to vacuum.
- Virtual Wall: RoboVac will not cross the virtual wall.
- No-Mop Zone: RoboVac will not enter the zone to mop.
Note: RoboVac must perform an initial cleaning run to create a floor plan for virtual walls. Moving the device or changing the environment may require rebuilding the virtual wall.
